I wouldn't be happy about losing to Cliff Lee. This is a game we should win.

Isn't he a soft-tossing lefty? Or does he throw gas? If he's the former, then I won't be surprised. I'd be mad because my mojo would have failed though.

GO Guardians!

2-2 would be perfect. I no longer fear the Guardians. I see them falling off, contrary to my previous projection of them winning the Central.

The taste of bloodlust is back. The Sox are reeling. The Yankees are flying. If you guys can lose two out of three to KC, you may lose two of three to Tampa after this. The Guardians are only two games behind you guys, and if we continue to smoke like this...well...lets just say I was too young to appreciate 1978.

:)

P.S. You should have let me start the thread. The Red Sox are undefeated when I start the game day thread. I've never lost for you guys, lol.

You also wrote the Yanks off in April' date=' Gom. ;)[/quote']

I've also told women I loved them. What's your point? :harhar:

The Devil Rays take two of three from the Sox. Yanks take two of three of four from Baltimore. Plymouth Rock falls in ocean. Guiness outlawed in New England. Anarchy reigns.

This is my hope for this weekend.

Ok...2004....all fine and good...but if you are a fan and historian of the Sox, then you should feel pain when I mention:

1946

1949

1967

1975

1978

1986

2003

I think you are out of your league on this one, buddy.

I was alive for two of these. Six months old in '86.

Goddamn, I feel crushed.

Don't be upset because 2004 is the ultimate trump card. You're kidding yourself if you think it isn't.

Sox win tonight.

Sorry buddy. 2004 erased all that s***. I'd take all of those crappy years over the worst choke in sports history.

Keep enjoying yourself, in your league buddy. This chick thinks you are silly!
