Game, set, match. Sox win!

45-25...with a Yanks loss that puts us up 9. Go Rox!

The schillingouttheks mojo keeps trucking along into tomorrow. Let's hope it lifts Tavarez to another strong outing.

Take a bow Schill and don't stop now. Of course, I wish you could have something mojo wise about the rain. I thought our momentum might be halted with the downpour but Snyder, Oki and Paps stood tall. A good win all around. Now let's do everything we can to get the rubber game and win this series.

The Yankees went down 3-1 in Colorado. Good to know the Rocks can spoil it for them as they did for us. About this Josh Fogg; didn't someone say how badly he sucked last week before be pitched against us? Seems he has started to unsuck in a hurry. Good night all around. I think I will treat my four dogs to a little ice cream treat.

Fred and his ridiculous small sample sizes.

I was out cold at 830, had just such a bad migraine that I had to get some sleep. Of course Im wide awake at 3 am... and I dont start work until 8

Yesss Sox win 45-25, Whats that?... 9 game lead? Guys at work who've been fretting like pink hat fans will naturally be singing a different tune. Ive kept telling them that slumps happen and even the good teams will lose 65 +/- games. Sox have now won 7 out of their last 11

Beckett now up to 10-1. He has won the most games of any pitcher since 2005 (41), at this pace 20 is not out of the question. This is just a great year to see him pitch: plain & simple. I also knew that he wasnt going to let interleague get by without showing his bat off. He's got one of the best swings by a pitcher I have ever seen

Coco's getting hits... he got hot like this in early may but cooled off, hopefully this is the turnaround for him this season. All the more helps. As for Lugo, should Tito try to give Cora extra playing time at short until Lugo finds his swing? I'll say that again that him and Pedroia are early contenders for gold gloves in their positions

Bullpen pitched great in relief, Snyder has pitched much better than I expected he would this year thus far

i hope not
No, not chocolate; chocolate is terrible for dogs. I got into the habit of treating them to ice cream after a Red Sox win some years ago and now they four pooches expect it.

Good win last night coupled with a Yankee loss. I think the guy who said Josh Fogg was a lemon must be revising his opinions right about now. We need the rubber game tonight.

I saw one morning that my dog had eaten 3 Kit-Kat bars with the wrappers still on. I was s***ing bricks all day worried that I'd come home to a very sick or dead dog. But, with the iron stomach she has, she was fine

Out of curiosity, by "some years ago" do you mean three?

Bo, I was told right off the bat that chocolate is toxic for dogs so I can imagine your fear when that happened. Yestereay in the local paper there was an article about what dogs should not have and, believe it or not, grapes were also toxic and I have given my four bitches that as well. Keep things far away from dogs, I have learned. If they can get at it they will.

I never give them ice cream when the Red Sox lose, however, so maybe they're also fans of the team and don't know it.

Out of curiosity, why did you say three????? No, as a matter of fact this started hit and miss around 2002, but it became a tradition after the second game between the Red Sox and Yankees at Fenway in 2003. Remember that game, don't you? We had gotten the s*** kicked out of us by those guys the opening game when Casey Fossum couldn't get out of the first inning, but the next game we won when one of our "closer by committee" loons struck out Derek Jeter for the last out in the game.

I think I know why you said three but I'm going to just pass if off because I'm just certain why three came up and on that score I'm still a little sensitive on things I should just shrug off.

Diehard Red Sox fan my ass.

Everyone knows it was Brandon Lyon. Your fandom is as false as your stories.

If you could guarantee that KTF I would make sure I put them on a diet AFTER the season is over. Hell, it is only about one teaspoon full for each girl but boy do they look forward to it. Just kind of a tradition I started five years ago.

fred what breed of dog do you have? i have 3 boston terrier myself

I saw your avatar and like the look of your dog. Male or female? I have one a little like yours but don't know for sure what Lucy is. My daughter found her roaming around Cirtus College out here and brought her home. Our best guess with the help of vets is that she is a combo of Rat-Terrier, Boston Terrier, and Chihuahua. She's going to be eight this summer. Bonnie was a "gift" that my daughter brought home on New Year's day, 2000. She is a basset hound-beagle mix. Bonnie is about four five months younger than Lucy. The other two are pedigrees---one a Golden Retriever named Brittany who will be six on the 4th of July, and a Chichuahua named Penny who is close to five.

DOGS RULE!!!!!!!

And Crespo, stop wasting your time answering my posts. You're on ignore and I couldn't give a rat's ass what half-ass crap you write with that peabrain of yours.

Give all three of them a big hug for me, and, BTW, maybe you ought to start a tradition of a certain treat for your pooches when our team wins a game. Just a thought.

OH YEA!!!! WELL, YOUR ASS WILL BE GRASS, AND ME THE LAWNMOWER!!!

Oh, wait. You said that.

Fred, do you put any thought into your posts, or do you just arbitrarily spout s*** out of your mouth? I know your old and senile, but that's not good enough of an excuse. Listening to you is like getting bukkaked with stupid. How can you call anyone else "peabrained?"

Does anybody need another reason why this guy was flamed at DB?

Seriously, what the f***.

I have no doubt at all, that you have had held a cock in your mouth. None.
