Hi everyone! Im Ami and even though my screename is kind of Red Sox Im a diehard Oooos fan. The name is cause Im Derek (YOTN's) future wife. And because I couldnt think of anything good to work off of Markakis. Anyways, nice to meet you and hope to be here often whenever Derek isnt hogging the computer.

In my opinion, spouses sharing the same message boards is too much togetherness (edit). That being said, welcome to TalkSox and good luck with your future marriage. You should know that unless you come over to the Nation, you will be a RSN widow from March 1 until the end of September or October.

In response to what you said, yeah, I understand that, and even though we've been going at it on and off for six years now directly because she was too possessive, shes made more of an effort since before the engagement and thats why I decided it was worth it.

 

In short, I dont think being members of the same message board will total the relationship. I personally know at least two couples who actually met on message boards I belong to, one of whom are married and one of whom are very close now.

 

Its all a matter of what happens in 'real life'

 

As long as we spend a healthy amount of time together and apart outside of here, this wont make or break our lives.

So how come I keep my distance and relationships don't work out? Maybe it's because I usually give them the line "Don't call me, I'll call you". Hmm...maybe I should call them when I say that? Is that too much togetherness? I'm so confused. Where is ORS when I need him? :thumbsup:
