Yeah...head and groin are probably worse. I haven't been hit there, have in the elbow. My arm just went numb.

I got hit there once and my knee cap moved out of place. When I fell to the ground, I tore my meniscus...all because I got hit in the knee.

 

Don't get hit in the knee. The knee's the worst. I'd rather get hit in the groin..but that's because I wear a cup.
