I love this. If the Sox sweep, 16.5 games. If they win two of three, 14.5 games. One of three, 12.5 games. If the Yankees sweep (incredibly unlikely), 10.5 games.

No matter what happens, its a commanding lead.

Destroy all that which is evil.

So that which is good may flourish

And shepherds we shall be

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand

That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command

So we shall flow a river forth to Thee

And teeming with souls shall it ever be

In nomine Patri, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti

May the Saints protect the Sox Lead

Man... How bad is the weather looking up there? This better not be a rainout. I have plans for tomorrow!

Eh, it stopped outside my house. I live like 10 minutes from Fenway...it was just thunder and lightning a second ago but now it stopped altogether.

Oh by the way Dustin Pedroia led all of baseball with a .415 avg in April, while his partner on the right side of the infield Youkils was 2nd with a .402 avg

He also ranks 4th in OBP for major league 2nd baseman

7:30 gametime

By Amalie Benjamin, Globe Staff

It was just announced in the press box that they expect to start tonight's game at 7:30 p.m.

The tarp was just taken off the field.

I believe there is much rejoicing in Mudville
