Yeah...I'm starting this. I like to. Deal with it :D Besides, they always seem to win 4 or 5 in a row when I start, so I'll take that. Annnnnnd it let me get away from thinking about my English AP today, so yeah. Let's win today, f***ing d-bags. :) Maroth vs. Tavarez. Get it done.

I'll let other people get chances to make gamethreads from now on if they would like...but after my streak ends.

Damn, you beat me schill. I was hoping no one had created this thread yet. Next time I got to wake up before school to start it.

Too bad Julian is starting today, I would like to win.

Look on the bright side ANiMAL' date=' it greatly increases your shot to start the game thread tomorrow.[/quote']

We need you to start them when interleague play starts. That was f***ing incredible.

Yeah, I won't be such a sucker from now on. I woke up, was like "f*** this man, I have an AP today...let's go have some fun." So I made the thread.

I've started to look forward to whenever you predict the sox to lose. They always seem to win those games. Keep it up.

That's why I love to predict them to lose. So to keep that mojo...

Julian will start out good today and than he will have a 5th inning meltdown to cost the Sox the game in a 8-6 defeat.

BTW, Schill, i take it you had the AP English 11 Exam. Howd that go.

It was fine. I took the Language and Composition because I suck at Literature. Absolutely suck. I'm good at everything else except English for some f***ing reason. The new synthesis question was probably easiest. After awhile of writing though, especially starting at 8am, my brain starts to go crazy on me and I can't focus or think about what to write. I finished in plenty of time though. The AP US History last Friday sucked ass. I think I did fine on multiple choice, the DBQ, and the last essay question, but the second essay question f***ed me over big time. It's so annoying to study the entire history of the United States and have them ask some stupid specific question for one of the essay questions. Whatever. We'll see.

You take any APs last/this week?

I took the Calculus exam and the European exam. I definently got a 5 on the Calc because im really good at math, despite everyone complaining about how hard it was compared to previous ones. And the Euro one is probably either a 2 or a 3. I'm not too good at history, but I took the class because the teacher is really fun.

They are saying right now on WEEI it's pouring at the park (where they are broadcasting) and will likely continue for a while...but they still expect to get the game in.

Julian Tavarez

(Mike Maroth is pretty mediocre too, he's still not Julian Tavarez)

it dosent matter , we won a game where tavarez was facing halladay and almost won another one while he was facing santana

OK, this makes little sense.

You're saying because we won a game with Julian Tavarez, it completely negates the fact that he is a bad pitcher?

Look, every time Julian Tavarez pitches, the Red Sox are at a disadvantedge. Today he is facing one of the better offenses in baseball. The Red Sox can still outhit the Tigers, but that feat is much harder due to the inferior pitcher.

did i say tavarez is a good pitcher? NO i didn't . I SAID EVENTOUGH TAVAREZ IS PITCHING WE STILL HAVE A SHOT AT WINNING , AND POINTED OUT A FEW EXAMPLES THAT WE WON WITH TAVAREZ ON THE MOUND.

tavarez sucks but we still have a chance of winning

Since we are talking about chances and odds, let's review a little bit.

I said that we will lose because we have Julian Tavarez pitching tonight.

You said that it didn't matter that Tavarez was pitching tonight.

Like as in, it doesn't matter that Curt Schilling is pitching, because I can recall a time when the Tigers beat Schilling, or a time where Schilling lost a game this year.

It totally matters that Tavarez is pitching tonight, because it severely hurts the Red Sox chances of winning.
