I agree, 0 walks tonight is also great to see. Hes just a whole new pitcher this year, and its showing. If you caught the side by side comparison of his windup last year and this year they showed earlier, Beckett really slowed down his motion, and right now he has great command of all his pitches and doesnt try to get by with just the fastball.

Thats a HUGE part of his success. Last year he was giving up bombs left and right. He's been one of the best pitchers in baseball this year, and he's given up 1 homer.

Beckett has been lights out, and is now baseball's first 5 game winner. Wily Mo obviously is the pure offensive star of the game. Hope this game winning hit boosts him up with some confidence
