We are not disputing that he might have something left in his tank. I should n't speak for ORS, but I am saying that despite the fact that he might still be able to hit, he has damaged his trade value. Why would a GM give up talent to take the risk of his bad attitude in addition to the unanswered questions about his health? Why not go after him a year from now when you don't have to give up talent and he will be voluntarily choosing where he wants to play, thus eliminating the attitiude issue?
