Liriano not making the team is absolutely ridiculous. 94 Ks in 81+ innings, a 9-1 record, and a 1.99 ERA.

Yeah, if he started the whole year, he could absolutely get consideration for Cy Young, at least so far. He will get some votes, and should finish at least Top 5, but coming in mid-season hurt his chances. The kid is nasty, however.

I think some of those guys were left off the team because they're slated to be starting games that Sunday before the All-Star Break. It makes sense, don't waste a spot on guys that would only be able to give you an inning at the most as a starter, who just pitched 2 days previous.

I'm giving everything vote I've got to get Liriano onto the team. He's one of the biggest snubs I can think of in any league, lately.

The biggest snub is Hafner, IMO. Dudes having a moster year. He leads the league in EqA, RARP, and VORP............and that's as a DH! (these are positon relevant stats)

He gets punched by Barrett, and gets all in a fuss about it, makes a voting campaign T-Shirt, "Punch A.J." and just gets the votes because of the punch and the ALCS s***. they have x amount of pitchers that are picked,if a pitcher sits out of the game they have to name another pitcher
