Definitely, he is a power pitcher. He just needs to get a little more command. The good thing is that when the going gets tough the kid gets tough. He doesn't crumble. That's good to see. I wish Clement had some of it.

This is a good outing from Tavarez. In a mop-up role, he threw strikes, gave up one run, but he didn't walk guys and give up a big inning.
