DiNardo is DEAD to me. May the legacy of Abe Alvarez start now.

Alvarez got out of it against a horrible hitter. Lets see how he does vs the real hitters in that lineup....

You know whats really funny...I would take AGon over half the players on your offense at this point

Isnt that like having to pick between cutting off your left nut or your right?

AGon playing the part of easy out once again, nice....

Kind of like how your entire offense has done against the Sox this year huh? I mean..did A-rod and the boys even see any of Papelbon's pitches? Did they even bring bats up against Beckett? Wakefield? Talk about easy outs.

Alvarez pic on gamecast looks horrible. He has acne and looks about 30 lbs heavier....

my avatar is his high school senior picture...i think he is good looking!!!

Just wondering...

Is DiNardo out of options which would prevent him being sent down to AAA?

he's got a plethora of options. He WILL be sent down to pawtucket, either Monday or Friday. 2 Sox pitchers, Riske & Wells are both set to come back to Boston

Great catch by Willy Mo Pena......I saw two shots just like that go over Johnny Damon's head (both hit by David Wright)

and both uncatchable, wily mo would not have caught either...

I don't think so. He came up for the first time in '04, so he should have options through '07.

Your right....probably because our pitching wouldn't have let David Wright hit those. I can't remember the last time I saw a ball go that far off a Papelbon pitch.
