What other ballparks have you been to?

Did you enjoy it? Is it worth the trip (or time if you are already in that area?) Is the place even still there? Is baseball still played there?

If you get a chance, before some fool knocks it down, go to Wrigley Field.

Its best if see a day game, mid week, when all the rest of the fools are still working. Of all the places I've been, this park comes the closest to our beloved Fenway.

Follow the crowd after the game to Murphy's Bleachers.

Go to Coors for an evening game and sit down the first baseline. There's not many views in baseball that are more breathtaking than watching the sun set over the Rocky Mountains in Coors Field. I'd love to get to see a game at PNC Park. What an amazing view it provides...

Fenway, RFK, Atlanta Fulton County, Turner Field, PacBell, and I will be adding Oaklnad to the list next month. (My sister lives in SF so I try to catch games out there) I have also toured the SkyDome, never saw a game though.

Fenway Park, Ameriquest Field (Texas Rangers), Minute Maid Park (Houston Astros), Great American Ballpark (Cincinnati Reds), and I will be adding Comerica Park in Detroit this summer. I'll also be taking another trip to Great American Ballpark in Cincy. But I suppose that is irrelevant.

Yankee Stadium and the Polo Gorunds(Well...in my dreams)

Hey, I've been to the site of the Polo Grounds. Dad took me there when I was a teen. It was a bit depressing in a way. So much history in that spot, now gone forever. I'm glad I took the time to go there though.

When my dad retired, my bothers and I returned the favor by taking him to Wrigley for a weekend. It is the last place still standing (besides Fenway) from when he was young. Makes a great Fathers Day present too.

My bother-in-law moved to Denver recently. When we visit, I want to get to Coors.

This is the type of info I was hoping to get when starting the thread. I'll make a point of seeing at least an evening game on the 1st base side.
