He is much more comfortable in center which raises the question if they let Nixon walk after the season should they move Crisp to right field.

I don't think Crisp has the arm for it. I could be wrong though.

Quick question, not a shot, just wondering. Does rivernator ever post about the yankees in here when they are losing?

????? Absolutely not. Wily Mo has the range of Bernie in CF, and that will kill you at some point this yr. Crisp has great range, granted he is considered to take bad angles, but his speed will make up for it. I HOPE you keep Wily in CF, he will hurt you....

yes I did. I posted the score when it was 1-0 DRays. My wife got home from work, so I was gone for a little while...

6-5 yankees

Wily Mo has the potential to have terrific range. He just makes bad reads.

Not to mention that Coco's arm leaves a little to be desired for a RF.

On a bases loaded walk and a HBP no less.

Your Tampa Bay bullpen.

terrific range in CF means having good speed. I am sorry, but Wily Mo does not have the speed to be a good CFer. He is also a notoriously horrible fielder. I remember some of the plays he made in Cincy, horrible reads, horrible jumps, horrible plays. I'll tell ya what, he should be in LF because giving him even the ground in RF is scary....

Potential for great range? That is something that you come into the game with, not something you develop.

He's doing better in center than he was in right. RF at Fenway is notoriously difficult.

He actually has good speed. He isn't a good baserunner, nor does he take good routes.

That's not true. If you learn to utilize your speed, and run better routes then you'll be a better fielder.
