LOL. Your up for completely re-tooling your entire team? :dunno:

I'm frustrated to the point where I wouldn't care. I'm sick of watching a team with enough talent to compete with any team in the league put in so little effort. They, in Denver, can run any team in the league out of the gym, but they play sooo slow sometimes despite having no real half-court game. Or we should get rid of Kiki... actually, get rid of him anyway. If not for his ignorance, we'd have a shooter.

I agree you guys have loads of talent but I wouldn't say your gonna run all the other 29 teams outta the gym. I bet it is frustrating, Jerry Colangelo in Phoenix finally let his son take control (althought Brian wasn't around in the beginning, and Jerry IS the founder) but we are getting it right. I can see that your irritated.

But is it Kiki or is it Karl???

I don't know man... in the thin Denver air, if the Nuggets got the mindset that they were going to run run run and play like they did in the Doug Moe days, I think they could, except, like, Phoenix. I remember the image of Olajuwan sitting on the bench with an oxygen mask. I know a LOT of professional athletes have trouble with their stamina when they first get to Denver.

I think it's Kiki and Karl. Kiki hasn't gone out and gotten a shooter... the Nuggets biggest problem. He's had his chances. He could've gotten Redd, he could've drafted a shooter, and he should've kept some of the teams leadership... ugh... and the fact that the team looks so unmotivated has to be the fault of Karl, I guess. It's frustrating. I guess after last year, they think they can just turn it on whenever they want.

OH I see what you mean now. Yeah your probably right, we'd probably be the only team to be able to run up there, LOL. I remember seeing the Olajuwon pic, didn't really remember what that was or why he had it on, no one really explained that to me. LOL

Well, the style of play, from an outsiders point of view (you may know more than I do being that you live in the Nuggets backyard) would be Karl's fault, unless Kiki is running the team from the FO. A shooter...you mean from deep right? What about Peja...doesn't he want out of Sac-town?

I mean a guy that can shoot from absolutely anywhere. Just someone who can consistantly make open shots. Earl Watson is the only guy that can do it right now, and he's only a 32% shooter from 3 for his career, so he'll cool down. I hate Kiki more-so because he would've drafted Darco if he could've, and he passed up a chance to get Michael Redd. I love Andre Miller, but he seems to slow the ball down a lot more often than he should -- I don't think he's the right fit for a team built on running, which I guess the Nuggets and BzDelik were originally going for. I think that's an error on Kiki's part.

It used to be that for as bad as the Nuggets used to be, they always seemed to try harder than any team in the league. They didn't have the talent, but you could see them put so much effort in... now it's the opposite, it seems.

Well by the way you say things...it seems like you need a new PG, a shooter, and possibly a new coach. See Red, give em a call...never know.

Heh, I'm happy with the PG spot if it's just Earl Watson and Andre Miller. Miller is a really big contributor, as negative as I sounded about him. Definetely need a shooter, I would've liked Redd, but that ship already sailed. Can't fire Karl after what he did last season -- he's a great coach, I trust he'll get it together. I'd gladly take the GM job. :D

I'm just frustrated, that's really all.

Understandable.

But like you said, after last year they act like they can just turn it on at any time. Isn't that what they did last year?

LMAO  Is that pic Photoshopped?

Nah, it's real.

Moose why does it say last edited on 10-4-1955 on your post?

the pistons are on fire right now. another win. they look to be upstoppable. i think they are better than the spurs.

Whats so irritating about them is, the Suns SHOULD have won the game against them early in the year. Blew a late lead and lost by like 7, albeit without Amare Stoudemire but still.

They did wallop the Spurs on Christmas by 15, not necessarily what would happen if the Finals were them again but its a good sign for us Spur haters.  B)

Melo's starting to tear teams apart. I think he's growing into the player everyone thought he'd be. 32.8 ppg in his last 5. He's got 30 more tonight.

Suprise, Suprise. 'Melo had 30, I believe, through about 2 and a half quarters and the Nuggets still managed to lose. The Sonics eventually figured out that they could put all 5 defenders on 'Melo, and the rest of the Nuggets would still be completely unable to score. Slight exaggeration. They've lost 9 games in which they've held a 4th quarter lead.

I can just hear the tone of your voice through the words on the screen. Suggestion...start Julius Hodge at the 2...Never know.

Can't hurt at this point.

I understand we're missing Camby, but this team has to learn how to win without him because Camby will out for a month. And Melo's been playing so, so good.

"...Because when he gets back we will be that much more dangerous"

Something us Suns fans say about Amare. Its the truth. You gotta roll on. And I think Hodge wouldn't be a bad idea at the 2. He was VERY good at NC State, and is athletic and whats the worst that could happen? He could actually do well there, and possibly another Melo type player on the floor at the same time.

Exactly. Good point about Camby, too. Perhaps it'll make them a better team. I'd love to see Julius Hodge play. Can't hurt, I guess.

Yup, its true. I have had to realize that this year, and its not fun but when Amare gets back (first home game) the cheer he gets will blow the roof off the place.

Apparently, a three-way trade might happen between the Pacers, Raptors and Lakers. And you know what that means, Ron-Ron is on his way to Los Angeles. But the T'Wolves are trying to knock the Lakers out of this 3-way deal.

So would that send Jalen Rose back to Indiana? :dunno:

No, Artest and Rose would both be going to L.A..

I doubt it, Buss isn't that smart of a man. I mean he traded and ran out the two reasons why he won 3 rings...Shaq and Phil (albeit Phils back) but still Shaqs gone.

If he had gotten rid of Kobe, they'd have been getting rid of just as large a part of the Championships as when they got rid of Shaq. In addition, they'd be getting rid of a player that's a lot older and a lot more injury prone. Shaq played just as much of a part in the problem between the two.

Yeah your right, but I'm just so HEAVILY bais against Kobe, but still. Point was, theres no chance that LA would ever wind up with both Artest and Rose. Unless Rose played point and Artest went to the three. That would be scary, but I won't believe it until I see it as official.

True, sometimes I feel like the lone Kobe defender. Hell, I like him. It was awesome to see him elbow Mike Miller -- well deserved too. He takes a lot of cheap shots, glad to see him fight back for once.

See Red, your sig is amazing, that was the best skit ever. I just noticed you had it there. I think I posted a link to it last week somewhere in off-topic.

But lets stop talking about the Lakers. It pisses me off so much. They get talked about on sportscenter every day for like 20 f***ing minutes. Im so sick of Kobe this, Phil that.

Just changed the sig this morning.

Haha.

The skit gets funnier every time I watch it.

"You can call us Aaron Burr for the way we're droppin' Hamiltons!"

Best thing SNL has done in some time!
