hey i guess the white sox's new theme is if you're not cheating your not trying to win

kind of like when a centerfielder knows he trapped the ball but he holds his glove up like he caught it to the umps.

for the sake of all that is not New York, please stop making excuses. Are you saying the Angels would certainly have won regardless?

Buehrle was beating the living tar out of that lineup. while the angels' staff was pitching well, apparently it was not well enough to beat Crede. Sciosca said so himself after the game.

On the Cano point- The ball didn't hit Robby, it was a bad throw and a bad play by Erstad at first. He wasn't on the grass when he reached the bag either. It was a bad call, it happens.

That's not what I'm saying. My point is, s*** like that happens and if you are going to complain about the call you didn't get, don't forget the bogus one you got the week prior.

waaaaahhhhh! it's not fair! waaaaaaahhh! we're NEW YORK! waaaahhhh!

Yeah, they both sucked really bad and they're showing everyone why we got rid of them. Both of them made SO MANY mistakes for us, it's kind of weird, but what do you mean by that? Like they're paying off these guys? I hope not...

as an italian chicagoan, i am bound to point out that italians are a disproportionatly large source of sox fandom....

conspiracy nuts, go to it.

ridiculous..

Speaking of Ken Harrelson, did he call the game on radio? I wonder how he sounded like. The guy has to be the most biased play-by-play announcer ever.

yep. god bless em.

You have to undrstand 1) Almost EVERYONE on this board hates Hawk. Get over it as you and your "White Sox Nation" (I head that on ESPN radio this morning LMAO  ) like to say. 2) We understand ESPN and FOX's biasedness. Its just they aren't that much bias towards us as you think. I missed this years ALDS (mostly anyway) due to basketball practice, so I can't say much about this year.

no such thing as 'white sox nation'. freakin PR nerds in sports should all be fired. just play the game. stop the gimmicks. stop the cheesy-ass commercials. stop the campaigning.

play baseball.

OK Dude, this was serious. I was listening to the Dan Patrick show driving to school, and he read an email and it said something to the effect of "...and it frustrates us in the White Sox Nation..." I really don't remember what else was actually said but I DEFINATELY remember they said "White Sox Nation."

no true white sox fan would say that. sounds like a disguised Schlubs fan. or a bandwagon jumper.

there is no such thing as some stupid 'white sox nation'.

how cheesy is it to rip off another team's slogan? white sox fans would never do that.

we don't need no stinkin slogans!

Why I'm in favor of capital punishment for idiots^^^.

If you actually read my post (provided you can read) I wasn't complaining about the call. In fact, I was agreeing with the White Sox point of view, that bad calls happen and you have to live with them. And I found it hypocritical of the Angels to be bitching about a marginal call, when they got away with one to get them to the ALCS.

Also, if you can in fact read look at these articles.

I'm saying what I heard. OK, good I'm glad you feel that way, its the "RED SOX NATION."

Yeah I loved Kellerman, even knowing him being a Yankee fan. I got a great laugh everyday watching him on his shows. What the hell was in ESPN's and FSN's minds when they didn't keep him? He was what kept ATH afloat (IMO)

I think it's red sox nation because you'll find alot of Red Sox fans in any given area. Now im sure there are Chi-sox fans around the country but no here near the number of Red Sox fans. My Buddy was up in Alaska, and he said theres a Red Sox bar in Anchorage, that says something right there.
