Anyways, had this game been against any other team besides the Royals, we'd be talking about a 5-1 homestand here.

 

Perhaps even 3-3. The Sox had the benefit of a lot of KC mistakes in each game of this series. I'll take a win any way I can get one. But I agree with your point. If they were playing anyone else, we might not have done as well this week.

Haha, wow, what an inning the 4th was. I just watched the replay on NESN because I wasnt home during the game, but s***, that was a great inning.

chacon had left in the 7t inning after giving a walks, so "obviously" Toree thought again what harm could it actually do to bring in embree to get final 3 outs fo the 7th with a man on first hmm, embree walked his first batter and then next batter he allowed a hit, he allowed 2 runs to blow the lead and give it to Cleveland on top 3-2, haha.
