Holy crap does your spelling, which was barely passable to begin with, get s***** when you are upset. It's not hypocritical to expect someone to remember what they said. In fact, that doesn't even come close to the definition of the word. Nice try though.

Logic 101: If-then, not if-than

EDIT:

Please respond again. I love being proved right. :D

damn you with the f***ing spelling, get over it. If not writing a paper or anything and you're not grading me. If I f*** up a word or 2 big deal, and you're right, I type fast and sometimes hit the wrong key or not think and misspell a word when I get angry. You guys here make too big a deal of typos and spelling, grow the f*** up.

I'm going to order one of those guys. Rare bobblehead dolls.

And our man Giambi just blasted one out on Eutaw st, the first one this year at Camden Yards. No other batter this year has had the strength to do that until tonight. It really makes me sick that he if he really is back on 'roids or HGH he gets away with it again.

I wish Selig would take a stand and ask him to be fully tested to put these rumors to rest.

What now a game winning HR in the deciding game against the Sox this year, then later it comes out that he was back on the juice? Are Red Sox fans supposed to accept this again, just like in 2003 when Giambi hit those two HR in game 7 of the ALCS and later admitted he took the Cream and the Clear?

Selig cant ask him to do anything. Even if he wanted to, and even if Giambi agreed to. I think that it should be you guys who put this rumor to rest rather than accusing an innocent man. Get on him when he tests positive, but for now just drop it. Its not like your team is in a race or anything, just enjoy the great baseball thats left and put this other ******** aside until the offseason for something to talk about.

Thanks 26-6, was about to say that. Stop having orgasms over it until we really know for sure. The reality of the situation right now, whether under the influence of HGH or something else, is that Giambi has been tearing it up, and while he may come under suspicion, it doesn't matter. He's doing well for the Yankees, and everyone just shut up about Giambi and what he's doing to other teams and let's start worrying about how the Sox are gunna overtake the Yanks and win the division. Enough of the Giambi talk, until he's proven guilty, there's nothing we can do, and bitching isn't gunna get it done any faster.

He is definetly, I mean c'mon, the guy all of a sudden just starts tearing s*** up? Lol, it's funny how some yankee fans don't see that guys like Sheffield and Giambi weren't on 'roids. They obviously do, because Sheffield hasn't always been this huge, until that breakout year in Atlanta where he all of a sudden hits like 45 homers and drives in like 139. Anyway, of course it's 'roids, how else does he get power, Gatorade?

that's a great point, right there.

His best season, in terms of HR's, was with the Dodgers, actually.

Yeah? But he was smaller when he was with the dodgers and Marlins and Padres and with Millwaukee too, it wasn't until those clutch years, and he was getting quite a bit older, he got huge. It's pretty obvious, just some yanks fans don't want to admit. All I'm saying. Sammy Sosa and Barry Bonds were skinny like that too, back in the early 90's Sosa looked skinny and then all of a sudden his muscles bulge and s***, like Sheff. Unless he was just all of a sudden going on a major work out.

im not trying to start a war here, but if you want to talk about skinny...David Ortiz was skinny in Minnessota, before he went to Boston. Does that mean anything? (NOTE: I am in no way accusing Ortiz of using steroids, im just trying to prove a point thta growth doesnt mean anything)

Good point, but he went up gradually, Ortiz isn't really muscular, he's kinds fat. He went from skinny, to buff, to fat, to a little less fat and more muscle. It's not like Sosa or McGuire or sheffield where one year they're like a little stick figure, and the next year they're just some huge monster looking thing. My point has been proven.

To be honest with you, Sheffield doesnt look much bigger compared to his Florida days

Hold the f***ing phone ... when was Ortiz EVER skinny? Plus how can you accuse someone like Ortiz when you defend Giambi. You realize Giambi admitted steroid use right. What evidence do you have to prove Papi ever used roids? Right none.

Rookie Year:

I don't think Sheffield has gained much size at all since his rookie year. He's always pretty much had the same compact frame. I think his use of steroids was more for his injuries and less for adding size.

I wasnt accusing Ortiz of steroids...go back and read my post at the bottom of the previous page or scroll to the top of this page and read my post that was quoted by JimBrown32.

I was simply stating that a player being bigger than he was early in his career doesnt mean he's on roids, which is what JimBrown was trying to say with Sheffield.

Must you always try to pick a fight with me?

The evidence you are using against Giambi this year (was bad, got good all of a sudden) is the same thing he's using against Ortiz (was bad, got good all of a sudden). Making a parallel, not an accusation.

im not even trying to do that...i have no intention of starting a discussion accusing Ortiz. The only purpose for the whole Ortiz thing is that on the previous page JimBrown was saying that players who get big over time like Sheffield (who really hasnt gotten bigger as I showed in my pic), Bonds, and Sosa are on steroids, so i threw up the ortiz pic to show that he is bigger than he was, kind of trying to paint the pcture that if JimBrown's theory was correct than his own beloved Ortiz would have to be guilty too.....i am not trying to accuse Ortiz AT ALL.

i noticed the card said david arias, and when I saw that i remembered watching a game and a broadcaster (i think it might have been Kay) talking about how Ortiz used to be known as Arias and why he changed his name and everything....but i forget the whole story, perhaps someone could enlighten me?

Our evidence for accusing Giambi is that we know he used steroids in the past. We know he had to stop using steroids, and now all the sudden it looks like he's on them again.

Ortiz has never even been accused by anyone with half a brain of using steroids.

Not the same argument at all.

I apologize. I see what your saying now, but still Ortiz had always been pretty big. I'd say dating back to his birth.

He didn't all of a sudden have a breakout year you dumb s***, he had a few AVERAGE years, then he went to about 25 homers and 85 RBI's to 30 homers and 105 RBI's to 45 homers and 135 RBI's to now 47 homers and 150 RBI's, he's just going up gradually, like I said. For Sheff, try looking at one of his older pics from Millwaukee, I've only seen one of those old ass pictures from the 1980's, he looked skinny. I guess he might not have, but Giambi for sure and I got some suspisions about Posada, he has these good years, and then all of a sudden, this year, he sucks.

Him using it then, is not him using it now, no matter how much you want it to be. Prove something to me, show me the failed drug test or let it go.

How does Giambi "look like he's on them again". It's not because he's got 32 homers and 90 RBIs, right?

Ortiz was an average/above average hitter to the best left handed hitter in baseball. If you are using their statistics as evidence it is a parallel.

I'm not accusing Ortiz, I'm saying it is retarded to say either of them are on steroids without any proof at all.

Posted
But Ortiz went up gradually, Giambi admitted to using them, and now I believe he's on them, because he's sucked all year, Ortiz hasn't sucked at all this year. It's not rocket science.

just because somebody doesnt use steroids THIS YEAR doesnt mean they've never used them at all. Ortiz has sucked in years passed.

Again, not trying to accuse Ortiz.

You do understand that Sheffield admitted to taking the Cream, which is HGH, right?
