Yeah, the draft is tonight. Bogut and Marvin Williams are going 1-2 no matter what. But after that, no one knows what the hell is going to happen. Who will Portland deal the 3rd pick to, or will they keep it. Lakers want to move up for Green. Magic want to move up for Webster. Bobcats want Deron Williams or Paul. It going to be pretty interesting watching it all unfold.

Rumors of Celtics dealing Pierce for the 3rd overall pick, mainly because of his baggage, but I think it's just a rumor.

It still could happen, but Ainge has been pretty confident that hes not dealing Pierce.

With the 18th pick the Celtics select a kid out Gulf Shores Academy (a private school down here in Houston) named Gerald Green. He's a 6'8 forward who averaged 33 PPG as a senior. Hopefully he plays well for the C's.

Oh f*** yes. He is a stud. He was compared to T-Mac. Was supposed to go in the top 5-10, but I dont know why he dropped. But I'm f***ing pumped to have this kid on our team.

Took Gomes in the second round. I don't really like it though he doesn't translate well into the pros. Too small to be a post player.

Green is a steal, and is going to be a stud for the Celts in a few seasons. I think the Knicks had a pretty good draft, and if they can land a guy like Ilgauskis they'll be set up pretty well. Also some chatter about Antoine Walker coming to NY. The Knicks should be in the playoffs this year, and may make some noise.

Nice the youth movement is the talk of the town pretaining to the Celtics. That is other words for "rebuilding". So we can expect sucking for another 1 or 2 years. If we can manage to hold on to some of these young studs we should be back in contention for the title in 3 years. Al Jeffereson is going to be as good or better than O'Niel from the Pacers. This guy Greene seems like a huge steal! We are now in stage 2 of the youth movement or aka rebuilding movement.

You know, speaking of the Bruins, I think when hockey finally comes back I should try to get into hockey.... especially if I'm considering attending UMaine. I understand the game, it's just not really big down here, seems pretty fun to watch.

Hockey is amazing, and is going to be even better with all the rule changes. Very exciting. I used to love hockey, until it died.

Im no expert on Celtics basketball but I dont see the Celtics sucking this coming year or for years to come, good core with Antoine and Pierce, and now Gerald Green (Major athletic if you havent seen him, he won the McDonald's All-American dunk contest)

Green is the future of the Celtics - If he preforms in his rookie season the celts have a chance to go deep into the playoffs
