Tonight it's 8:05 on ESPN. I miss Don and Remdawg :(

Wow, I don't know where to start. Ok, well David Wells is 16-9 lifetime against the Yankees, and Mussina is 17-13 lifetime against the Sox. There are many questions about this game, a few being:

--Will Wells step-up and find out who he is?

--Will our offense that showed up yesterday (notably Renteria, Manny, Papi, Olerud) continue to hit?

--Are the Yankees hurting from yesterday's rape?

I decided to go with a poll on this, shown above. I do believe Wells will settle down. He now knows he is no longer welcome in Yankee Stadium, and I do think he will accept that fact, and shut everyone up. I say he gives up 3 runs, and our offense has his back. The only question is the bullpen. I do believe we will win this game, and get to Mussina.

Going to be a very good game.

I voted 2 as well. I decided that I'm fed up with these national sports channels and their announcers so I think I'm going to head up to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the game tonight.

And to answer your questions:

--Wells will step it up today

--Damn right they will

--Of course, they're embarrassed...maybe we can put up 23 on them today and hold them scoreless that way we can set another record at the toilet.

Holy s*** that was a gigantic shot. I think we could take this one. We are pretty much pounding the ball. With the exception of Damon, everyone hit the ball very well (Millar doesnt count... f***ing fat ass, you suck, go eat some more KFC).

I keep telling myself don't get too excited, Wells is giving up a minimum of 4 runs...

and then he gives up a leadoff homerun... 2-1 sox, this does not bode well for us, best case scenario is that we run up the pitch count on mussina and get his ass out of the game. We can then beat up on an already beaten up pen and hope to win a slugfest...
