I'll post the ones I've heard:

Nomar and possibly Lowe to Florida?

Red Sox reportedly interested in John Olerud, but indications are that he doesn't want to leave Seattle.

Red Sox, Yankees, and now the Mets looking into Randy Johnson. Still he's unlikely to be dealt.

Steve Finley possibly on his way to San Diego? Phil Nevin is out 3 weeks...This could accelerate this potential deal.

Kris Benson's available, Mets seem most interested.

If Houston falls out of the race, they may go into selling mode, and may move Beltran before July 31st, and ask Jeff Kent to waive his no-trade clause.

Any others?

I didn't hear that rumor, although I wouldn't be surprised. Based on Francona's comments after Lowe's latest horrible start....the organization is pretty frustrated with Lowe. They've already tried to trade him (without any luck) to San Diego.

How soon will Kim be back? Any word?

Boston.com is where I read the Lowe comments.

The rumor was that the Red Sox tried to trade Lowe straight up for Adam Eaton, and the Padres turned it down.

Supposedly, his velocity is steadily climbing, but when I say steadily, I mean like maybe 1 MPH a start. I listened to one PawSox game on 790 the Score when I was in the Providence area and the guys said that Kim was continually looking over his shoulder to check the stadium radar gun.

Yes, they had a trade that both teams agreed on (from ESPN Radio), but Olerud didn't want to wave his no trade clause.

wow, Theo's really desperate.

Actually, Adam Eaton's got a decent arm, is a lot younger (26) and cheaper ($1.75 mil) than Derek Lowe.

This wouldn't be as bad as it looked.

It's a moot point now, as it doesn't even seem like a possibility.

i have also heard that the sox, if they cant find a decent replacement, will go after kevin millwood of the phillies. remember, joe kerrigan is now there and if we remember correctly, the truth is that lowe never pitched better than when he was with kerrigan...

ive also heard some more rumors concerning big name pitchers. randy johnson, obviously has been covered, but i read somewhere, i forget the source so it fits here, but i read that the rocket, yes "our" rocket, may be traded back to the AL EAST!!! as a...unfortunately, yankee. the possibility of him becoming a sock is there, as he said that he still has respect for boston and would be happy to come back. but i doubt he would prefer boston over NY, but we must remember, and so should he, that, in my personal opinion, and im not saying this just because im a sox fan, but i think that he had the better part of his career in beantown. i mean, this is where he got the majority chunk of his 300 win milestone, his 20 strike-out game, and where the die hard fans rooted him on and pushed him until his arm fell off. we even gave him a standing ovation here at his last game at fenway as a yankee!!! deep down, however we may hate him, we all have respect for him and know that he may be the best pitcher that ever walked on a pitchers mound. personally, i would love to have him back. and even though we hate him, so would red sox nation.

oh no, i agree with u, but im just saying that the astros, the team, may possibly try to trade him back to the AL east for some good prospects, if they fall out of the wild card race. i know that theres no possibility of him leaving houston, because i know he came out of retirement to play one more year for his family in his hometown and he wouldnt leave. however, if we had the chance, im saying i would love to have him back. i know it wont happen, but i would like to have it happen. i even heard on espn, while they were talkin about rocket and RJ trades, how cool it owuld be if it was RJ for the sox and the rocket for the yankees in game 7 of the '05 ALCS...but like that would happen...

Your posts are so long, and so lingering on and on. try to keep them at a 10 line limit, to soothe my eyes. Haha just kidding. But they are long.
