    Someone once thought Campbell (the pitcher) had a chance to contribute. But then he imploded big time!!! seems like he showed up to spring training a lot thinner and his stuff is looking sharper. he might be a deep sleeper candidate for the bullpen

    Looks like Bergman has been very durable over the years. When is the last time we could say that about a free agent signing ????? if Bergman moves to 3rd base and devers moves to DH!!! who wins the 2nd base job and what do we do with yoshida???

    Why are we trying to trade our depth???? you know that at some point in 2025, we are going to need quality depth!!!! the more quality players we can stash in Worcester, the better for us if injuries hit. bello and Crawford are already experiencing issues in training camp. The marathon 2025 season will claim more players.

    Devers did not have surgery on his shoulders this offseason, if the shoulders are barking at him again in 2025 and Campbell has a great start in Worcester, devers may become a full time dh regardless of his desires!!!

    Crawford serves up more meatballs than the Olive Garden. he should be in the bullpen in 2025. Batters do not need to see him 3 times

    Arias is the best defensive short stop I saw in the Red Sox farm system last season! Wow!! but he is a bit of a free swinger, aka rafeala! 2025 is a big year for him! I think if he proves he can hit, he ends the year in Portland

    I think Campbell is much better suited for the outfield, but 2nd base is a huge black hole for us. I am surprised rafeala does not claim the second base position full time!!!!

    Bergman wants too many years arenado cannot hit left handed pitching, but offers a defensive upgrade!!! I think it is fair for bres-slow to stand his ground.

    I really hope slaten stays healthy all year in 2025! He could be very important in the back end of the bullpen for us!!!

    In the past, we have had numbers for pitching prospects in the minors, and gotten very little actual contributions from them in Boston. And maybe the fact that in the past couple of years, we actually are getting contributions from home grown pitchers is altering my view, but, This current batch of pitching prospects think, has the ability to actually have some contributors in Boston eventually .

    Well that is the gamble only bres-slow can decide to take!!! And maybe with the advanced analytics bres-slow has more information than us to make that decision! in the second half of the year, the ball came out of his hand well and I am not sure many on the list ahead of him can say that.

    We were one of the worst defensive teams in 2024! We have defensive dumpster fires at 3rd base, 1st base and catcher. Plus a black hole at second base for the time being. there is no evidence (for or against) to support devers can move to 1st base. we do not have to trade for arenado! Therefore we can afford to wait until spring training and give yoshida a chance to prove to St. Louis that he is healthy. Because I think bres-slow is not bringing in arenado without shipping out yoshida.

    Mullins stuff is decent! Can he improve his control???? I am not sure I would include him in any trades.
