    I would love to see Anthony claim left field for the next decade or so! abreau is the best Fenway defensive outfielder in the system. But he is only a platoon player with a very streaky bat!! rafeala is magnificent defender. I think he already has 10 defensive runs saved this year! but he is a free swinger that needs more time to develop hitting! Duran is the only outfielder we have with decent trade value now!! No lead off hitter creates more chaos when on base than Duran. Teams will value him on the trade market!!!

    I watched painter throw against Worcester last week! His stuff is impressive, but he served up more meatballs than Sandlin!!! Ouch!!!!

    Finally got to see song throw and I was impressed. Fastball was really good. Kind of weird, but I could not differentiate between the two seam or a 4 seam pitch!! the secondary stuff was decent. Could be a little sharper, but that is nitpicking !!! the bottom line is this kid has major league stuff, maybe he is a 2026 bullpen arm that can contribute!!!!

    I think the plan is for Devers to go on the DL when abreau comes back!!! so bres-slow gets to kick the can down the road until early July. By then either Anthony and Mayer are hitting or they return to Worcester when Bregman and Devers come back!!

    How do we know bres-slow was not ordered to move sale along???? Bres-slow has never sold low on any other traded player before !!!!

    The kids still have a lot of learning to do still, but they add a ton of excitement and are contributing! Really glad they are in Boston now!!!!

    Jordan and Garcia both 1 for 5 tonight for Worcester! Garcia with his 5th tater!!! Early went 5 innings gave up 1 earned run (tater) and 3 hits. Only 1 walk today for early, I think I command is the only thing keeping him from Worcester! ehrhard and Castro with their 3rd taters for Portland! Arias went hitless tonight 0 for 4 with a walk, and Anderson was 1 for 4 with two rbi for Greenville At Salem Gonzales was zero for 4 with a walk. Musset was zero for two with two walks

    Once toro goes back to being toro, and Bregman returns from the injury list, there is a huge opportunity just staring blaze in the face at first base. bregman/blaze/mayer at 3rd base Mayer/story at shortstop Campbell/romy at 2nd base blaze/romy at 1st base toro and Hamilton trade or Worcester!!!

    Bregman comes back to 3rd base in 4 weeks!! Mayer moved to short and story is traded to Atlanta!!! Win win for us!!!!
