    Over the mountains article on a potential trade between us and the Marlins due to our plethora of hitters in the pipeline and the Marlins plethora of arms in the pipeline, made me think maybe we should be stealing the Marlins minor league pitching coaches, since ours can not develop arms!

    I was all in on signing chris Taylor. I really did not think the dodgers would offer him a q.o. This is very disheartening to say, but we need to pass on Taylor now.

    What the Red Sox did this year was beyond amazing. To go from 4th worst to one of the final 4, and stay under the luxury tax was incredible. They were counted out a dozen times in august and September and still made the playoffs, They beat the rays and the Yankees! Very sweet! What a great year. The year of a thousand come from behind wins!

    Top 10 - the offseason playlist (pre Halloween) 1.) we issue Rodriguez a q.o. And he does not take it. 2.) Martinez does not opt out. 3.) we pick up the Vazquez option. 4.) we sign chris Taylor in free agency. 5.) we trade Duran and two minor league pitchers to Oakland for manea. 6.) arizona does not pick up the option on Merrill Kelly and we sign him. 7.) we do not pick up the options on Perez and Richards. 8.) we sign two relievers this offseason, just don’t know who yet. 9.) we acquire an unknown closer. 10.) hang’em Chaim publicly apologizes fir bungling the Benintendi trade!     Hang’em Chaim got raped on this deal, kc ran a massive train on him! there ain’t enough petroleum jelly in the state to quench the burning sensation he feels whenever he drops a dookie!

    If Hang’em Chaim and his baseball analytics department think they can fix foltynewicz delivery and get him 100 percent healthy, he might be a low risk high reward type signing.

    When a pitcher has only two pitches working as sale does, he can set up hitters with one of the pitches and then punch them out with the other pitch. This makes a pitcher viable for one time through a line up! I think that is what we see with sale at this time!

    Until sale’s change up is back and sharp, teams are going to sit on his four seam fastball. Most players are usually better in year two then year one in the return from Tommy John.

    Great win today! We came out and grabbed the lead and this time the bullpen didn’t cough it up! For game 3, we have to grab a lead early against Grenke and keep the pressure on them.

    I think schwarber is on the first flight out of here after the parade! However, I hope our big free agent splash is chris Taylor. That should help solidify the outfield! Then hang’em Chaim can sign a bunch of under the radar pitchers and make a couple trades that cause us all to say “why” in March, and by august we say “what a great trade”!
