We have a process and each prospect has to complete certain personalized objectives in order to get promoted to the next level. (Injuries aside that is)

Hang’em Chaim has over the past three drafts shown a propensity for drafting two types of prep players, huge contact guys and power guys.
I expect us to continue to with our plan and three years from now, we should start to regularly graduate quality prospects.
