We have really missed that guy this past month, Is he Q.O. Material?

It is nice that we are starting to get some of the vast multitude of injured players back. Story and houck would add a ton to our lineup, Refsynder, danish and kike are currently rehabbing now.

We have traditionally not rushed prospects to the majors. We have a process and each prospect has to complete certain personalized objectives in order to get promoted to the next level. (Injuries aside that is) Previously this had worked really well with position and bullpen players. But been really bad with starters. Hang’em Chaim has over the past three drafts shown a propensity for drafting two types of prep players, huge contact guys and power guys. I expect us to continue to with our plan and three years from now, we should start to regularly graduate quality prospects.

At Portland, Refsynder with two taters and binelas with his 9th Portland tater of the season! Bello started this game. Went 3 and 2/3, gave up 1 run on two hits, no Walks and 6 strikeouts!

I think R hernandez will be out of options, time to make a decision on him.

His confidence is high now and he is executing his pitches. Every time he goes out, he continues to trust his stuff more and more.

Really? I think if you review any of the thousands of posts on this board, you will see at least a dozen gm’s who know better than Hang’em Chaim posting regularly.

Amen brother! Except for drafting pitchers, bullpen building is the second biggest failure of the hang’em Chaim era.

Very fair points. But I remain a sceptic that Hang’em Chaim will ever see things as we do. And honestly, I do not know why!

I believe they have their own internal metrics that they have developed. I think it involves types of pitches thrown and spin rate and predicted outcomes. I think the flaw in their system is not accounting for pitchers that miss their spots or do not execute the pitches properly, which has cost us 23 games this season!
