At Salem, bonaci with two taters for a total of 6 on the season.
-
Kavadas ends game 1 with another walk. He is now up to 94 on the season against 119 strikeouts. So far this year, he has a .460 on base percent across 3 levels.
-
Kavadas with his 1st Portland tater of the season. And I think he is the first Red Sox prospect to have tater at three different levels in one season since Hang’em Chaim has been GM. But there is more………wait for it……. You know it’s coming ……… yes, he did it in fact. He got another walk thus far today! The man is an on base machine! Kavadas needs to replace Martinez at dh next season. Kavadas is on base more time in a series than dalbec is in a month!

The overwhelming strength of our minor league system is middle infielders. At some point, the future logjam will need to be resolved. Trades are definitely one way to remedy this.
-
Let’s talk Pedro Castellaneous! All he does is hit. Career minor league average of .298. But not a lot of power and hardly ever walks.
-
At Salem Paulino with his 10th tater of the season.
-
At Worcester, wong with his 2nd tater of the night. Now up to 12!
-
At Portland, Wilson with his 9th tater of the season. Northcut with his 3rd Portland tater of the season. Story with his 1st Portland tater of the season.
-
At Worcester, wong with his 11th tater of the season. Castellaneous with his 4th Worcester tater of the season.

Looking at our 2023 rotation: 1.) sale - can he finally stay healthy. 2.) pivetta - when he is on, he is on. When he is off, he is really bad. 3.) Bello - when he gets through the growing pains, he could be really good! 4.) Crawford - can be effective, when his command and control are on. But his stuff leaves no margin for error. 5.) Winkowski, mata, Walter, or free agent.
-
At Greenville, lugo with his 18th tater of the season and hickey with his 5th Greenville tater of the season.
-
At Portland, Potts with his 12th tater of the season. And Kavadas with his …….. wait for it ….…….... 90th walk of the season!
-
At Worcester, Stewart with his 19th tater of the season.
-
hickey with his 4th Greenville tater of the season.
-
Binelas with his 10th Portland tater of the season.

There used to be an old scouting phrase that went something like: You can shake a tree and dozens of guys that are good with the glove fall out! Yet regardless of what tree you shake, guys that can hit almost never fall out! If Kavadas can hit, all 30 teams will fall a spot for him.

Where has our offense gone? Bogey, devers and Martinez just phoning it in now! -
At Portland, the amazing Kavadas went zero for one. But got hit twice, not once, by pitches. And wait for it…… yes, that’s right………. totally amazing….. he got another walk today. Despite not getting a hit, he was on base 3 times today. The man is an on base machine.
-
At Greenville, max Ferguson with his 1st tater of the season!
-
At Worcester, r hernandez with his 12th tater of the season!
-
At Portland, Kavadas with……. Wait for it…….. it’s worth the wait….. another walk tonight! His 88th walk of the season! Insane!
-
At Portland, Kavadas got hit by a pitch. That is the 14th hit by a pitch this season for him, I think. Seems like he is approaching don Baylor territory!
-
At Greenville, lugo with his 2nd tater of the night.
-
At Portland, Rafeala with his 10th Portland tater of the season.
-
At Greenville, lugo with his 15th tater of the season. McDonough with his 9th tater of the season.
