    Very simply do you miss Kike, or not. It’s not a hard question yo answer, and a simple no, or yes would do. I for one do not miss Kike at the moment, because Duran is producing, but that doesn’t mean Kike won’t come in handy later on. Defending a career 240 hitter is hilarious.

    You are the only one I have ever heard say that Kike had the greatest defensive season by a Sox OF’er in memory, and you also called him a hero, so yes to me I would call that idolize. Saying Kike a career 240 hitter was a 4th OF/5th IF with the Dodgers, which he was to you is a insult, and put-down, so so be it, and if that is disdain I’m glad I’m good at it.

    Does anyone miss Kike outside of Moon? I agree I don’t think the Red Sox care about JBJ’s stats. I think the Ref should get more playing time even against RHP to see what he can do. He isn’t bad with the glove, and can’t be worse with the bat than JBJ.

    Houck has been shaky at best.

    What a bad time for the big bats to go silent. JD, Bogey, and even Raffy has tailed off big time, and unless they pick it back up soon with this tough stretch coming up it won’t matter who gets picked up. Story has been pretty much dead wood too. Houck has picked up some saves, but has been shaky for the most part in doing so, but with Whitlock going back to the pen finally will help. How well Sale, and Evol come back will also be a big determination one way, or the other.

    The MAIN POINT is that Robles should be the very last option to pitch on this team not the ist, or second which Cora did today. Of course Robles shouldn’t be on the team to begin with. Both Cora, and Bloom are to blame.

    Bringing in Robles to pitch in this game is all on Cora. Robles shouldn’t be on the team to begin with, but because he is should be the very last option. Way to go Cora.

    If JBJ could hit on the road like he hits at Fenway it wouldn’t be as much of a problem.

    The Red Sox are not going to release JBJ, and Kike wasn’t doing much with the bat before he got hurt anyway, so he should have to fight for a spot too when he comes back.

    I think the Red Sox got back in contention more so by playing for the most part against the bad losing teams in the league for over a month than Cora being good enough. Let’s see how the next month goes against the better Div teams.
