  1. At least I didn’t believe like you did that the Bogey camp should have countered the Red Sox generous offer last offseason. It was laughable then, and if possible even more laughable now. I suppose the Red Sox should have countered the last San Diego offer too. Wow!
  2. After the Bogey spin, and grin is anyone going to believe anything they say anymore?
  3. Bloom The Rapper! My name is Chaim, and I have no shame in Botching up the game. My last names Bloom, and I bring Gloom, and Doom. Some say it’s all not so much funny But don’t blame me I’m just Henry’s Dummy.
  4. I agree, but do they trade Raffy like they did with Mookie?
  5. And now we wait for chapter 3, and the Devers saga on what kind of storyline will be drummed up there.
  6. I said that the day the offer was made, and all Kennedy, and Bloom were doing was spinning, and grinning this offseason, and either thought the fans were blind, and dumb for not seeing through the charade, or Kennedy, and Bloom was that dumb themselves. The hard part was to determine if that dumb dumbfounded look on Bloom’s face was actually acting, or not.
  7. Imagine what Bogey would have been offered if they hadn’t wanted him back so bad? I believe 100% in that reported offer. Bogey, laughed, cried, and then he got pissed.
  8. How did you get from Glove over bats got you JBJ last year that you praised, and how did that work out get you to where you got? Once again NOBODY SAID it failed once so it always will, but that’s where you chose to take it, and then you call it a personal attack. I said JBJ didn’t work out, but never said, because of that it never would. That’s where you took it, so get mad all you want, and take your toys, and go home. Say goodnight Dick.
  9. For winning WS yes, but where we differ is you think it has more to do with the nerds, and analytics, and I just think the players had more to do with it, and it was just time, and things worked out like coming back being down 3-0 to the Yankees. I think that was more players than anything else.
  10. Right the Red Sox are going to sign Correa for more money than Bogey got, and then pony up, and sign Raffy too.If, if, and if, but not very logical.
  11. Two post up says the JBJ trade that you praised didn’t work out meaning that gloves over bats doesn’t always pan out, and nothing else. Over your head a little was it?
  12. The Red Sox had a lot of good teams through the years with a lot of great players, but didn’t win the big one, but I don’t think you could call it a big turnaround when they did win. Lots of great teams when they didn’t win like the A’s run, and the Big Red Machine, but you can look at it how you want, and I’ll do the same. Speaking for everyone now are we?
  13. Where did anyone say defense is unimportant? NOBODY! You praised the JBJ trade last year, and made all kinds of excuses why he didn’t hit in Milwaukee, and that’s what I was commenting on. Boy was you wrong on that one, but don’t worry you wasn’t alone, because Bloom was right there with you.
  14. That’s all well, and good if you need it, but I just don’t need it. Bloom should have stayed in one of those rooms instead of coming out, and trying to be a front man.
  15. Your glove over bats got you JBJ last year that you praised. How did that work out?
  16. I keep praising DD, because his four years in Boston were winning years, and one of those years was a WS ring, and the best record in Boston of all of them for the Red Sox. DD had his botched up moments on his resume especially the Chris Frail signing, and I believe he signed the Prince in Detroit, which didn’t work out to well. Some nerds are better than others, but Bloom is not one of them, so to say Houston won with one this year is irrelevant to what Bloom has botched in Boston.
  17. I guess Bloom wanted to get out of the nerd room so he took the job.
  18. Sam Kennedy now has come out from his Brain Cramp, and said maybe the Red Sox should have started negotiating with Bogey earlier in his career seeing as they knew he would opt out this year. Yes Sam you think?
  19. That offer looked dumb, and laughable then, and even looks worse now, and Notin thought the offer was worth getting a counter offer from the Bogey camp, which was laughable in itself.
  20. If you think saying DD would not work for JH now is praising him I think you are dead wrong. Theo I don’t believe would have worked for JH under these restrictions either, and that’s not praising Theo. The sad part to me is you think the Red Sox should be under these restrictions, and you need someone like Bloom in the first place.
  21. DD sat there, and watched his team in the WS this past postseason while Bloom sat there, and wondered how much more he could have screwed up this past season than he did. You can have the Dummy with that Dumb dumbfounded look on his face, and I’ll take DD any day. What DD wound have done 20 years ago has anything to do with what he would do today. It was a stretch on your part to bring it up, but not a good try.
  22. DD did not get fired, because of his record, but Bloom should. One had a good record, and one has a bad record.
  23. DD would not work for him under these budget constraints, but I guess that simple point went way over your head.
  24. I think booting Bloom will be harder to do, because this is Henry’s worst hire to run the club.
  25. DD would be smart enough not to work for the guy, but Bloom is dumb enough to do it. Theo wouldn’t have done it either.
