  1. I didn’t watch the Raffy press conference yesterday, but I heard it was quite the dog, and pony show with lots of back slapping going on with each other, and self too. Even Tom Werner showed up. No JH, and I’m guessing he is still unhappy he had to shell out a lot more money than he wanted to, or had to, because of not locking Raffy up a year, or two earlier.
  2. Love him, or hate him, but I’d say this sums things up pretty well as they stand today.with, or without Story that won’t make, or break the season.would he have helped sure, and will he hurt not being there a yes too, but not to the extent that he would make a difference in a postseason berth, or not. Story Land was closed more often then it was open last year.
  3. Coming from someone such as yourself that is up to his neck in BROWN town, and has no authority, or jurisdiction all I can say is meh! Remember what I told you before that you are not the Candy Man. The Candy Man can, and you can’t, and that’s the bottom line.
  4. Classic that you don’t like the favor returned.
  5. Your predictions are always wrong, so you can sit there, and do all the analyzing, and be wrong all the times you want too, and say I gotcha, but in the big scheme of things they mean nothing, but to you. Once again a curse, but nowhere a gift.
  6. I’ve never seen anyone who sits there like you do, and analyzes every single letter of every single word, and tries to come up with what you think the meaning might be, and so you can say gotcha. To you there have been lots of those moments, but in reality there hasn’t been any, and it doesn’t matter one iota that you have been wrong so many times. Sad, but true.
  7. Once again over analyzing, and I did not say you mentioned Notin even though you did, but not by name.I did, because I knew he did, which is the old 2 wrongs don’t make a right, and in this case it didn’t. Two pees in a pod.
  8. No interest to read a column that is just rehashing old excuses, and theories.
  9. And like I said you still can’t produce where I exactly said Bloom was responsible for extending Sale, and for you to mention Notin as a co conspiracy theorists means nothing at all, and I only thought you only had a brown nose, but I was Way off, because you’ve gone all in head first, and there is no return, or hope for any recovery.
  10. Once again quantity does not match quality.
  11. You show where I exactly said it. Emphasize exactly said it.
  12. Anybody would if something is interpreted wrong, and I have a long list. Wouldn’t you?
  13. What about the tangibles? Those you won’t find on any analytics sheet.
  14. He’s a backup, and won’t match ALL of Vaz clutch hits throughout the years.
  15. Someone made the comment that Duran plays the OF like he’s chasing butterflies when he’s trying to track fly balls.
  16. I don’t need to say I misspoke, because I know what I was saying. You on the other hand make you own interpretation to fit your narrative. Why would I possibly say that Bloom was responsible for extending Sale when I know DD did it, and was against it the second I heard about. You interpreting other wise makes no sense whatsoever except to have something to cry about.
  17. And I’m proud to be one.
  18. You got your mini fire sale with Vaz, and now we have no #1 C, which hurts the team going forward. That we agree on.
  19. No you will hear the Bloom rant for the butterfly man even being out there. That’s an easy one.
  20. 100% wrong, and you know it. Of course your interpretation, which you have gotten wrong many times over makes you think that way, but that is wrong, and doesn’t make it so.
  21. This signing all goes to JH, and I believe if it was up to Bloom Raffy would not be signed at all. Bloom’s analytics came up with Raffy being compared to Olson, and his 8/ $160M+ offer. Being a crybaby works sometimes, and if that’s what it took to get Raffy signed I’m all for it. Other the other hand being a crybaby doesn’t always work like you, and your fire sale.
  22. And I still say that Raffy was signed, because he was the last man standing, and Henry, and his Rabbit ears got embarrassed, which pushed him over the final edge to get the signing done.
  23. I know that, but I was just wondering what position Story had planned on playing during the baseball classic.
  24. I never said Bloom was responsible for the Sale extension, and that’s nothing, but a fabrication from your imagination, and interpretation, and once again that proves my point about you always being wrong.
  25. We agree 4 years of DD with 4 winning records, and a WS. Bloom 2 out of 3 years a losing last place team.
