    That sounds right to me, and from what I had heard also he was ramping up his throwing with the idea of moving back to SS.

    I don’t believe Story was signed to that big a contract to play 2B, and if his arm was that bad maybe he shouldn’t have been signed in the first place,so I’ll agree with the bad management part.

    Kind of the common theme with Bloom. 1B, and CF last year that he dragged his feet for 2 months. Bloom himself is the backup plan, and how has that worked out?

    For some reason you think you are Bloom’s keeper, and protector, and every time you try do do that you make him look worse, and worse. Everything written isn’t trying to blame Bloom even from me, but you think it is. It must be a tough way to think like that all the time.

    Go wipe your brown nose off for once. If medicals were missed then someone is certainly to blame rather you like that , or not. If no medicals were missed then no one is to blame, but except for you it was well known Story had trouble throwing from SS his last year in Colorado.

    And that’s why I asked the simple question in the first place. Was there anything missed in the medicals when Story was signed, and I think Bloom should answer that. And no I’m not asking for a full medical report to break any HIPPA laws.

    Yes, that’s what I said, and one report I heard he was ramping up his throwing to play SS this year. Everyone knew he had a lot of throwing errors his last year in Colorado playing SS, because he had a bad elbow, but I hadn’t heard he was having any problems last year throwing even playing 2B, so yes I stick to what I said that he was signed to play SS, and I believe that’s where he was going to play, and that’s why the Red Sox hadn’t acquired a SS.

    I know you’ve bragged in the past about having to get the last word in, but it’s nothing more than like getting a participation trophy.

    Kike would be the best option right now of who is on the roster to move into the SS position.

    You just can’t let things go can you, and you just love to keep the ball rolling with you idiot GM comments, polishing a turd, and you brown nosing the GM. I have a standing order opinion on Bloom, and I’m just going to let it go at that.

    I will admit realistically it didn’t look good.

    Well said, but Bloom makes the final baseball decision, and JH makes the final checkbook decisions.

    Yes in hindsight now it would have, but at the time they were mathematically still in, and I don’t believe in giving up until they are mathematically out.
