We can’t beat bottom division team with their terrible pitching and someone everyone still expects us to make a run at a playoff spot! Nah…. punt on that pipe dream! And as far as next season goes… the teams in our division will all be better and we will still be the same getting older by the day team with talent that only shows up periodically!

Why is JD ever in the lineup against a LH…. And to have him in RF cost us a run already! Hell Duran has a better chance from the left side at getting a hit against a lefty!! -

Bloom wanted this team to be bad so he could be the savior! Cora isn’t the manager everyone makes him out to be! Putting JD in RF is always a terrible idea, not having KS in the lineup at all is terrible and we pick up Shaw to just let him get a pinch hit here or there! Great GM moves and in-game coaching has killed this season! On to next year -
Again no sign of Blaze or Tyler McDonough tonight for Salem. Why the hell would you promote a guy and he never plays… what the hell is going on. Ohh and Jimenez…. Picked off 1st and caught stealing, we have to have better OF prospects than this mediocre guy!!

Again, still no sign of Blaze Jordan or Tyler Mcdonough in Salem. Pitching is not very good outside of Wu-Yelland and occasionally Drohan. The catching/dh choice of continuing to use Marrero is baffling. The guys avg is below the avg weight of most middle school ball players these days. Yorke still seems to be the only kid on the team who has the ability to turn into something!

We could've Jimenez into a package of some sort.... Kid will never make it past AA at best. Hitting around .300 in Salem and is shaky as hell in CF. As far as Barnes.... I bet he goes on the IL real soon with a mysterious injury or the Covid List.

Like I said last week… insert that pitch fork! The lack of starting pitching talent and ability to go deep into games has destroyed the pen! Furthermore, anyone noticed the lack of strikes thrown by our BP guys! The Rays maybe threw 6 pitches that were called a ball last night, our guys maybe 55-60% were strikes! Management not making any changes at the deadline was a terrible mistake and we’re paying for it now. The Yanks will catch us soon and don’t be surprised when the Jays do the same! I won’t even get started on Barnes and his inability to hold a lead anymore!

Has anyone really looked at how putrid our offense has been since July 1..... ???? Devers and Xander, our sparkplugs from which this team fuels off of... 28 RBI's since 7/1, Xander alone has only 8 of those, Devers on the other hand has really hit a slump starting in Aug with 1 double, 0 HR, and 0 RBI's.... this team doesn't stand a snowballs chance in he!! with those two not showing up!

Yorke needs to be promoted and that way they can get McDonough in there at 2nd. Marrero that is playing and some DH, should be demoted, kid is terrible with a bat, swings out of his shoes on every swing and rarely even makes contact. Blaze should be in the lineup to see what all the hype is about if he's healthy.

Have been to a few games here is Salem over the last week and no sign of Blaze Jordan at all... anyone have any info of why he's not with the team or playing?

Hypothetically speaking.... we're 4 back now and a crucial series with Tampa starting! Let's say we lose that series and fall 6 back. Is it time to start thinking there is no sense in pushing Sale back so quickly. Since this was never to be the season to make a serious run, and that was proven at the deadline. Would it be beneficial to start looking toward another high first round pick for 2022 and get the franchise arm the organization is needing?

Like I said a few weeks ago… maybe, just maybe, it’s time to evaluate the pitching coaches! In our program as a whole… from the bottom to the top and that goes for the ones who evaluate the talent!!!

Why can you guys not call a spade a spade…. This team is a dumpster fire right now! Imagine the chemistry in the Locker room… there seems to be no leadership and they’ve got to be questioning leadership with seeing what other contenders did to better their teams! Bloom has made what maybe 2 good moves so far? And those saying we couldn’t sell off the farm for now to kill the future! News flash… tomorrow and next season is not a given. Our farm system doesn’t have an all star in the farm for a while and it will take longer than 2022 with the pieces we have. The Jays aren’t getting worse this off season and the Yanks sure as hell will add the needed pieces. Mark my words and this post.. the O’s are coming for us by 2023… more talent in Bowie than our entire farm system… Bloom is standing in quicksand!!

Insert that fork my friends…. This team is done!! Bloom with a terrible trade deadline did us in and the pitching coach might need a change for the future!!!

The guys who have signed from the draft, the only one I've seen so far is Mcdonough. Where are the others being sent to?

The catchers in Salem do not have next level talent or potential to move to Greeneville. Erro had a few hits last night to raise his avg to around .220 and Marrero weighs more than his avg, kid swings for the fences on every pitch!

Speaking of promotions.... I was at the game last night in Salem expecting to see Blaze get in the lineup. Never even spotted the kid. Does anyone have details on this. And furthermore the Manager in Salem seems lost. Up 9-0 in the 7th, he left this poor kid in there to allow 7 runs and even brought him back out for the next inning and was only saved from giving up another big inning with a great play at SS to turn the double play with 2 on! The guy doesn't move runners with speedy guys, he keeps the same guys in the lineup game after game that have averages under 200.

Like I said punch that panic button …. We can’t even beat one of the worst teams in the league let alone hang with the teams who improved at the trade deadline!!!

So those complaining about Tanner only having 2 pitches… correct me if I’m wrong… how many pitches did two of the best closers to ever toe the rubber only have one pitch they perfected… Hoffman and his change-up and Mariano with the cutter… only takes one great pitch my friends… let the kid eat!!!

Kimmi.... C'mon now, how can you not be worried about the pitching. When we're down 4-5 by the 5th we start to press and that's having a major effect on offensive. Granted some guys are struggling with the bat but that's been a small comparison to what certain arms have done over multiple outings. Things have to change and quick or the Yanks will be on our tails for that WC spot... or the A's get hot and put us in their mirror! It's time to bring Casas up and see if he's the real deal... kid is crushing Tokyo! Any arm that is thought to be ready or a potential 40 man... give them the tryout and roll with it! If they fall flat on their face we know what we're dealing with when FA hits.
