  1. Kiermeier wearing out what little Springs has left , and then Kevin screws him on the 10th pitch, but Springs should have been gone anyway. I'm glad Roenicke "What am I supposed to do" won't be here next year. This is an awful game
  2. Better pull Springs who is over 40 pitches. this inning isn't likely to end well, without a quick DP
  3. If you cannot throw strikes or tempting near strikes, do not seek employment as an MLB pitcher. Red Sox relievers are hopeless at this skill Also, how do you pitch with 2 outs and/or 2 strikes and be successful?
  4. The chasing of the low outside breaking ball is a curse amongst the Sox hitters, like a vodka sampling party to an alcoholic
  5. Walden using 23 pitches to get 2 outs, walks the leadoff man who scores eventually to tie the game, then a 4 pitch 2 out walk, and gets to go home. Another wasted effort in a winnable game.
  6. I worry about you, Tyler D. But not as much as Walden's constant nibbling, then meatball sandwiches. Blowing a 3-0 and 4-1 lead in 2.1 innings
  7. If Plowecki was in just a little better position (without blocking the plate) Perez would have been out.. Thew real problem is RR letting Brewer toil on. Why wasn't the ball caught in the air in left center ?
  8. Plowman's throwing does not evoke images of Vaz
  9. 5 errors for Peraza, thinking not much of him
  10. If Chavis had any sense of the strike zone , he would be a prospect (for somebody)
  11. Finally JDM comes awake
  12. Not terrible, but hope that's it for Colten, who else do we have ?
  13. Like some current RS performances in this young season and last, could you not see that trend coming in his last year in Boston. So glad to let him gp
  14. Can't see Peraza doing much here going towards 2021. Isn't Pedey about ready to return /
  15. Pretty decent situational hitting developing a nice lead. Oh you say, Colten Brewer is on next ? Time for some more runs, guys
  16. Can we give Brasier thew win yet ? Oh needs to go a little deeper which isn't happening
  17. Xander is the pro hitter on this team, not missing too many opportunities. Time for Chavis to cowboy up
  18. Luv ya, Mitch. The other idiots could take lessons from a true pro
  19. Amazing, matt barnes has a shot at the Golden Inning, no way---- winds up with a 1-2-3 inning on 8 pitches without throwing a ball. Just doing his job
  20. Here's hoping this is the last season to have to watch tzu-wei Lin. Not a bad guy, I'm sure but another "going nowhere" previously young Sox prospect.
  21. Did Devers take a greenie between innings ? Suddenly woke up on O and D
  22. Eovaldi losing his limited effectiveness, oh, and the game at this point. Sox may not score again during Covid time.
  23. Forget Benintendi as the ultimate slumper, I just don't get how guys like JDM and Rafi devers all of a sudden forget to hit. JBJr doesn't matter because his bat never was relied upon. His contract year is going to hell fast. The reality is that the Sox individually were not interested in nor ready for the short season. No motivation probably stemming from the perception of the pitching deficits, so the hitters said, may as well be us too. Someone forgot to tell Xander though
  24. I'll try to give you some company here, MVP. One problem with this team in many of the games to date is that they are just flat boring. Low energy, poor results
