There basically is no need to start JBJr ( aka JBK). He is better used being available off the bench as a PR or late inning defense. Maybe Cora thinks with Rich Hill on the mound he needs more speed to chase the long flyballs, but in Wrigley, they are soon HR's, not wall balls. Refsnyder has shown good ability to ignite a rally or keep the line moving and can deliver the HR on occasion.
