You are slipping , SS. John Henry was Ted's only son who played in the Sox MiLB system briefly. John died at an early age a few years after his famous Dad. The JH who is a principal owner of a soccer team is another guy

Although that would be a gut punch emotionally for a Sox fan, I think it would pay off in 2023. As constructed and injured this current version is not a championship team . Get 2 or 3 more real pieces if anyone will sell same for a SS and DH

At the risk of calling down the furies of hell on myself, who would truly miss Verdugo if he was part of a trade package ? I know he's under club control and may have upside, but I am not excited about him being a key part of my team. (Posting before he completes this AB)

Again the Sox cannot combine for some early runs that puts the oppo on the defensive and force moves on the mound or bench that leads to mismatches.

Sorry, I meant we would gloat on OUR board(s) when we are winning big like 2004, 2007, 2013, 2018 , but especially the Division series when Millar said, " Don't let us win the next one, " when down 0-3 to some team. What would Ted's HR total be if Yawkey had moved the RF dimensions and BPs to mimic Yankmee stadium ? The bull pens are still too far out. The fact the BPs were created there were an attempt to help Williams, but I bet he hit 100 warning track jobs

Forget JDM, it's more like WTM as in Warning Track Martinez. BUT, he is hitting the ball much better this weekend, so it's a work in progress
