    I can guess the answers but if Duran. Story and Yoshida cannot be expected to make positive contributions in 2027 , then just eat the contracts and the money for the last 2. They are either better or not than younger alternatives. JH does not keep losing positions in his hedge funds. Sox can afford to eat Yoshi and Trevor 's deal . In fact, if no team wants either with or without Duran added for almost free doesn't that tell you something about keeping them ?

    Is anyone else tired of hearing about Roman Anthony as I am ? In 2 seasons , he has missed more games than he has played, probably needs off season surgery to fix his discomfortable right hand, and may never produce if he cannot stay off the IL. His playoff record now consists of 2 Ks ., because he missed last year and now will likely miss tonight. Can't wait for his potential to become reality.

    Breslow also said that if the Sox had shutout the Yankees, we'd still be playing 18 hours later. Yankees didn't need 9 runs only 1 , because the Sox could hit long or small ball, even after Schlittler departed.

    Aroldis needed the rest and the team wasn't in many save situations. Not so sure he will pitch tonight either since my Kalshi bet at 35-1 was for a double shutout, an entire WC series without scoring a run.
