    The Sox should make Mookie a very competitive extension offer before the trade deadline (their best offer they are going to make). If he declines it, he is not resigning here after 2020. Trade him and get as much as they can. His value at midseason will be its greatest before FA.

    Turned on the game in time to see the replay of Devers getting tagged out at third. Sometimes it seems that a lot of Sox players have never played the game of baseball. That was a mistake a little leaguer shouldn't make. Careless baseball.

    Just got home from Chicago and turned on the game. Wow. Another ugly performance. Yesterday's game carries over to today. There needs to be some sort of shake up. The inconsistency of this team is based on a crap bullpen.

    If Mookie won't sign an extension by the end of this year, I would trade him for all I could get. Sale wants to be in Boston and he is still good. You don't trade him. Sox BP has cost him 3 or 4 wins this year already.

    Definitely. He is a class act. My son is a Cardinal fan and when he was 10 Albert threw him both of his batting gloves after a game. Lifetime memory.

    Albert Pujols just got a 1.5 minute standing ovation when he came up to bat in the first inning in his first ever return to St. Louis. Cardinal fans have a lot of class. Boston fans have class too but I don't think Kyrie Irving is getting that when he plays in Boston next year, if he shows up.
