Diekman had a great outing today: 2/3 of an inning, NO runs allowed!!!!! This guy is locked in!

With the exception of Story not in there, Red Sox probably have opening day lineup playing today vs. the Twins. Nate really sharp with 4 no-hit innings.

Its hard right now to envision Chaim's plan for this year. I think he spends big next off season and hopes for the best this season.

I think most fans think that both sides are extremely greedy. And I want to know why there was a 43 day gap in negotiations after the Dec. 2nd lockout? If they wanted to start the season on time they would have been negotiating every day until a deal was reached.

They are making a mistake by not getting a federal mediator. Both sides should be locked in a room with the mediator until a deal is reached. This is getting ridiculous. They are playing a game of chicken and the fans are the losers.

The NBA is a crap league where stars totally control where they play. MLB does not need to copy anything from the NBA. The NBA has low ratings for a reason. The product stinks.

I totally agree. People who have gone two years making sacrifices see billionaires and multi-millionaires fighting over money. They will definitely lose fans.

Although 2018 team was great, and 2007 and 2013 teams were also very good, the 2004 team will go down as the best team in Red Sox history not only for the talent on the team but for how they ended the curse.
