  1. Toronto's doing the 'launching;' Moon and I are just conversing.
  2. I think you're looking towards the future, where I'm looking at contending this year.
  3. True, but pitching being the elephant in the room, trading away one of the best closers in the league creates a bigger pitching problem.
  4. Definitely, but I'd rather trade JD than Barnes.
  5. If Bloom wants a good starting pitcher, he's going to have to trade one of the top 4 hitters. The only one that makes sense is JD.
  6. Bloom is on the phone with John Henry trying to explain that this is a rebuilding year.
  7. No reason to take Weber out. Let him work on some pitches while he's out there. Btw, might be a good idea to provide Weber and most of our starters with an L-Screen to prevent injuries.
  8. I hope Remy's wife has prevented Jerry from watching these last two games. Definitely not good for his recuperation.
  9. I don't believe any of the SOX top 4 hitters should be scheduled for a day of rest in the immediate future. But then there's coddling and then there's Cora coddling.
  10. Hope he doesn't get grilled, er, I mean drilled.
  11. The SOX have to place the OF's on top of the fence and the wall, according to my analytics.
  12. I believe Cora has K-Hern leading off to prevent Dugo from hitting into a DP.
  13. Getting Sale back as early as possible is essential, but I don't think just Sale is enough. Sale and who and three days of rain.
  14. HR Derby is usually part of the ASG. We've been getting an early preview.
  15. Everything worked for Cora in 2018. A repeat of that happening again is slim and none.
  16. Whether the SOX make the PO's or not, they will be the most well-rested team when the season ends.
  17. With this staff the SOX will be attempting a lot of comebacks for the remainder of this season.
  18. Are you sure it was blind? With squirrels it's hard to tell.
  19. If it weren't for Latin ballplayers, there wouldn't be enough talent to field 8 teams.
  20. The 'too many teams" also applies to football, hockey, and basketball. Sadly, the NHL is adding another team in Seattle next season.
