    10-4! Only trouble with Mr Crawford he was only sober long enough to do a couple of scenes each day. But he did have a certain charisma on the screen.

    Around the same era of Dragnet there was another cops and robbers TV show that was actually called THE LINE-UP.

    I know most of you guys have heard this one before, but I think it's worth repeating. Baseball is the only team sport where the defense controls the ball. And strangely enough the guy who reminded me of that was the late, great George Carlin.
