  1. Note to Chad: Please stop platooning Mayer. Let him play everyday. We don't need a Cora 2.0.
  2. I firmly believe 100 losses is much more realistic than 90 wins.
  3. When you go from Bello to the middle relievers, it's the same as going from the toilet to the cesspool. How much does this team suck? Let me count the ways.
  4. At this point this Sox line-up has to be one of the worst, if not the worst, in MLB
  5. The Bruins will never win a SC with the stiff known as Pasta. I've been a fan since 1969 and have never disliked a Bruins' player more.
  6. Except for Bello the Sox have had a good string of very good starts .
  7. How bout them Bruins? Told you they were a talent-challenged team. What they did on home ice in games 3 & 4 was a disgrace. The only player on the B's who gave a damn was Swayman, the teams best player. Hopefully, the FO will consider trading the disengaged Pastrnak.
  8. For the Sox to be competitive the remainder of the season it's gonna have to be with pitching and defense. I doubt I've ever said that regarding a Sox team.
  9. After his performance in the WBC and then getting 3 hits on opening day I said to myself this guy's gonna be special. Now I'm not so sure about Anthony. His approach at the plate is completely broken down. I also believe his confidence level is at an all-time low. His ineptitude at the plate only makes a weak Sox offense weaker. Hopefully, he can get back to how he looked last season before the injury.
  10. He's always available, but the FO should avoid 'genius' managers.
  11. Probably the Phillies with DD.
  12. I guess Watson's not available today. No matter, Sox have no shortage of clean-up relievers.
  13. In fact, the odds of Story passing Schanuel are the same as the odds of Story passing waivers.
  14. Counting today the Sox will have to go 79-57 to reach 88 wins, which many 'experts' predicted before the season started.
