Mona Lisa!
-
The rest of the offense has been on leave.
-
Abreu has been on fire.
-
Sonny Gray. Where would this team be w/o him?
-
No one will ever fully explain that and make it believable.
-
Sox are used to that.
-
No to both. I can still hear chuckling from the O's FO.
-
A great exhibition of pitching by Sonny tonight.
-
Years ago I went to see the long movie Dr Zhivago. It's a bore watching the 1st half of the film. All of a sudden there's a half hour of Roadrunner cartoons. Very entertaining and then it's back to the second half of the boring Dr Zhivago. This reflects the Sox season to me so far.
-
I still believe the O's trade was a panic move.
-
How Rutschman performs thru the rest of the season will have a lot to do with Breslow's future with the Sox. Probably more so than anything else he's done with the Sox.
-
That would have been fair 9 days ago.

Hungry like 3 wolves.
-
The Sox have a good defensive catcher who can't hit. Which is what they already had before that big beautiful trade.
-
Turf toe.
-
IMHO, the Sox didn't need a catcher. What Breslow gave the O's for Rutschman he could have gotten a decent starting pitcher. Oh well, it is what it is.

To quote Al Michaels: "Do you believe in miracles?"
-
Well, Plant did write Stairway To Heaven, so I do hold that against him. Btw, I hated that song the first time I heard it. Two of my favorite LZ songs, Dazed and Confused and Kashmir, were both written by Page.
-
I'm guessing the O's FO is still laughing over that trade.
-
The offense is what it is.
-
And the real bad news is that I believe the starting pitching is gonna get worse as the season moves along. There's no reason to believe that the BP will not get worse and will even be more overused.
-
Counting tonight they're 1-6 since returning to Earth.
-
They're back to reality.
-
The best thing going for the Sox is the weak AL.
-
One of your better retorts.
