    Because of the Sox inconsistent offense, I don't think it matters what shape the opposing pitching may be in.

    Arizona has a very good offense(# 5 in HR's and OPS)and not so good pitching (4.45 ERA).

    After taking 2 of 3 from the Sox, the Pirates next swept 3 games from the Dodgers, who seem to have misplaced their bats. And yes, Virginia, Skenes is the best pitcher in MLB at this point of the season.

    Two quad injuries over the last few years may discourage teams from offering a long term contract.

    I believe he had full intention to go to LA because besides the contract LA would offer, he would also make more money doing promotions there than he would in Boston. And as we all know regarding pro sports it's mostly always about the money.

    I don't know why he has Mookie as part of his moniker. Mookie did not and will not retire as a Red Sox. Btw, Mookie wasn't a victim; he was just a mercenary, who had no intention of re-signing with the Sox. Fk Betts.

    Emotionally harming the fan base should require a large monetary punishment. I know that I've been psychologically damaged viewing him in a Sox uniform. I want repairations.

    Speaking of Breggy, Jeff Passan, who I find pretty reliable, feels that Breggy will opt out of his contract and hit FA.

    The first IL that is actually good news this season. Cora will not be able to use him. Anyone in the minors should be an improvement.

    I call BS on this post. Campbell actually got better treatment than Mayer and Anthony. He made the team out of spring training and got off to fast start offensively. Opposing pitchers made adjustments and Campbell stopped hitting. The Sox FO showed a lot of patience with Campbell before sending him down. So where's the lack of respect? I expect to see Campbell eventually becoming an everyday player for the Sox once he gets his game together.

    I believe not taking Hicks would have forced the Giants to not take the entire salary dump. I'm guessing a reduction of 25 mil.

    Btw, it appears that the Astros' Valdez is the biggest POS in MLB. His hitting his own catcher with a fastball was just one of a few sh**tty incidences he's had this season.
