Devers would make the perfect DH. I see that happening as soon as a certain high school draft choice graduates to MLB. Maybe next season; maybe 2026.
-
With the SOX current infield SOX pitchers need to get the batters to hit fly balls.
-
Deja vu all over again. DYSS!
-
When it comes to chUMPIRING, shite will outnumber good 2 to 1.
-
Detmers definitely had a quality start tonight as defined by me and MLB.
-
Fun fact: Last season the SOX were 2nd in most errors behind the minor league A's. This season the SOX are 2nd in most errors(7) behind the beer league A's.
-
Detmers is giving SOX batters nightmers.
-
The SOX have a very good defensive OF when these 3 are out there.
-
I know the SOX starters' ERA has been minuscule, but I believe they've only had one quality start as defined by MLB.
-
It would be great if all the SOX relievers were ambidextrous.
-
Excellent 'D' by Valdez. 84 pitches in 4 innings = BP.
-
O'Hoppe. Sounds like a fake Irish name someone would use on St Patty's Day.
-
Whit's stride reminds me of J.R. Richard, who pitched well for the Astros years ago. Did Whit have that ultra long stride last year or is this something new?
-
Or better yet. If Duran keeps this up, he'll be playing for the Dodgers.
-
If Duran keeps this up, the SOX won't be able to afford him.
-
Doesn't having Reyes batting 2nd completely defy the baseball definition of the #2 hitter.
-
Do you know what they call a maniac who robs banks? A moniak.
-
Whit will have to be damn good tonight. If the SOX line-up continues this futility, it may be time to unleash Hamilton.
-
Yup, but it's not related to baseball.
-
Well, DH stands for Dalbec Homers.
-
Having said that, I expect 2 HR's from Dalbec tonight.
-
The Angels' play-by-play announcer's voice sounds a lot like Bob Costas.
-
Dalbec and Reyes can hit neither RH's or LH's, but they both thrive when facing under handers.
-
Hamilton? Well, he was a 'hit' on Broadway.
-
And Kenley's back can hold up.
