If Masa can reach the ball, he will catch it.
-
Or promotion to the FO. Either works for me.
-
Notin, your perspective would fit perfectly as a regular contributor to the game thread. We'll save a spot for you.
-
Connor has a wRC+ of 9. I'm surprised it's that high.
-
I wonder how long Bregman will be playing 67% of the games?
-
Actually this isn't a bad lineup, especially compared to the lineups I've seen on DRAGNET.
-
Anthony needs the rest. He's 21 and he just came back from the ASB. Who are we to argue with Daddy Day Care?
-
Maybe Corta does know more than us, but I doubt Cora does.
-
Cora feels that Mayer and Abreu will not face lefties until they prove they can hit them. Hard to sometimes understand the words of a genius.
-
Did Cora say "we've got to play better?" That's one of his 'go to' responses.
-
A healthy bad pitcher. The horror.
-
Nomar was traded? You've got to be kidding me.
-
The Sox ?offense? scored 1 total run in 2 games and you're calling out their starters. Give me a break.
-
'mediocre' even the word sounds boring.
-
Not a bad team. Mediocre would best describe the Sox since 2022.
-
If Crochet can pitch a 9 inning shut out, I believe the Sox can keep it close.
-
Is Crochet batting clean up? He couldn't be worse than the others who have auditioned for the job.
-
There is a firmware upgrade on Wong that s/b in place in a couple of days. As the CEO of the We Got It Wong, Inc I apologize for the delay.
-
Btw, after 100 games the Sox have the same record as they did last year 53-47.
-
I do agree with you there Fred. Unfortunately, that won't happen.
-
Maybe the Sox should send their pitching draft choices to Japan where they will learn to pitch and not just throw.
-
Except for the 5 everyday players I posted earlier, IMHO, all other everyday players are tradable.
-
Vegas, this is the 4th straight season the Sox were over .500 before the ASB. Which probably means they'll end up mediocre again. Let's see what the TDL brings.
-
Bello didn't pitch badly tonight. He was simply out pitched by Imanaga. In Bello's defense he did have to pitch against a better lineup than Imanaga faced.
-
If Crochet pitches a SO tomorrow, there's still a good chance of extra innings.
