    The Red Sox have the highest error rate/game in MLB . When you also can’t hit, that’s a deadly combination.

    The Red Sox management will be regretting that they did not get a deal done with Houch when they have discussed contracts in recent years, as with the new level he has reached, he’s now a LOT more expensive to extend.

    If I was a betting man, I would bet that the Red Sox won’t get above .500 again this season, given their form and upcoming schedule. By the end of June they could be close to 10 games under .500

    Watching Duran’s AB taking good pitches reminded me how much I miss Turner, who was so clutch with runners on base, and who would fight off pitches to get something he could handle.
