These things were all kind of jokes that were used on the other forums and I guess weren't understood on here. Travis Shaw has a nickname of "Mayor of DingDong City", the Red Sox advertise it on facebook/twitter and there is even t-shirts for it, one of which I shamelessly own. Honestly the other stuff is me not wanting to curse because I didnt think it was tolerated, so instead of like "f*** clay buchholz" I would usually post on BDC "Clay buchholz is a butthole" or other people would call him "gay buttholz" and stuff similar. I understand that is not tolerated here and will try not to do it, sometimes its just habit and I know its stupid, but I'm an immature, red sox loving fan, who is kind of a retard when it comes to message boards. For that, I apologize sir.

Buchholz and Price have both been awful. I don't see why there would be excuses for either at this point, they both make A LOT of money to pitch, and pitch well, neither is doing the job. Obviously you would have more confidence in a guy like Price, who from what I've heard is a known slow starter, which is fair, Big Papi of all people is also usually a slow starter. Is he a slow starter because the weather, if so, what the hell does that mean for a potential playoff start? I was also on the "Cueto" bandwagon but was happy with the Price signing at the time and cannot believe how awful he has been. I'm not giving up, but I cant even think of any positives at this point, he was rocked by the YANKEES, a yankees team that trots out aaron hicks and chase headley every game. If Price doesn't pitch the way he's expected, its hard to imagine this team going too far, especially with the number of questions marks with other spots in this rotation. Kelly, Buchholz, Owens and at the moment have all been awful, which leads Porcello and a knuckleball pitcher as our two best pitchers.. Can't say that gives me confidence.

I understand what this site is doing and they want to keep a strict, well strict isn't the right word, there is leeway here, but a more professional look. But I don't get why I can't say butthole? One of my known things on other forums has been to call players buttholes. I would understand if there was no profanity at all, but there is a lot of that, not that anything is wrong with that all. Anywho, I do enjoy the forum, it has a nice mix of personalities, people, trolls, stat geeks, die hard fans and so on. Keep up the good work and God Bless.

There is no reason to defend Sandoval, he is a multi millionaire player who is failing to do his job, in part because he can't stop f***ing eating. What is the defense in that? Sure, Pablo may be/is a nice guy, but this is a business and he has sucked ass at his job so far.

Putting the DH in the NL no way means we have to re -arrange all the divisions. I hate that pitchers hit, half of them done care and 90 percent of the time it a free out.

Signed out FA after being released and turned into an elite hitter, 3 time world series champ and future hall of famer Pedro Martinez, Manny Ramirez, Derek Lowe/Varitek and Schilling are honorable mentions.

He posted a picture of Theon Greyjoy, from Game of Thrones and compared him to clay buchholz, Theon had his penis cut off in the show in a disturbing/graphic scene, I was saying if that actually happened to clay (or anyone) it would be hard to hate them, that is something that is very hard to recover from.

If Clay had his penis cut off by one of his teammates, like what happened to Theon, I would totally understand why he sucks and forgive him.

In you guys opinion, what was the worst move this team has ever made? Pablo Sandoval? Julio Lugo? Allen Craig? I would have to go with Daisuke Matsuzaka, he was the most painful pitcher Ive ever had to endure, wasn't very good in playoffs, killed the bullpen, and cost a ridiculous amount of money. What say you guys?

@TedWilliams101, I wholeheartedly agree about the gay and lesbian comments. I don't hate gay and lesbian people, but the amount of respect and camera time they get for being gay is pure absurdity. Michael Sam was gay, he wasn't good at football as other guys, was cut "oh I'm cut because Im gay???!!" Its pure absurdity. I don't care that Jason Collins was a gay NBA player, I wouldn't care if the Red Sox had a gay player, if you are a gay, albino black man who decided to date a transgender person, I DONT CARE.
