I can certainly understand the frustration that comes after having such lofty expectations, but I also think it is clear some of the players just are not as good as everyone thought they were. All you guys had to do was stay in it until Sevy returned.

When's the last time a pitcher invented a pitch like a 67 mph curveball, mid season, and it worked out well? This all reeks of desperation and grasping at straws. I'll be shocked silly, if this works.

The pen deserved the win, but Richards surprised me by settling down after 2 innings.

Again, I'm not doubting the sticky fingers stuff. I just said maybe that was not the only reason he has sucked, recently. His numbers before the crackdown showed some alarming issues.
