    I don’t know if any of you noticed but that hit by Benintendi I have never seen that happen ever. I just watched it frame by frame. The ball hit the bat below the barrel and literally slid up the barrel of the bat and basically whipped it up the middle. Crazy.

    a W tonight will be our 12th series sweep of the season. that seems like alot. anyone know what was the most by a team for a season? balls will be flying out of that bandbox stadium tonight. it is hot and humid. might not be the best game to judge eovaldi start but lets see what he does. i expect mookie to get a blow tonight and JDM in RF.

    yes. and because it is JDM's presence in the lineup that is causing Betts and others to get on base so much in actuality it is JDM that is helping JDM.

    Slasher at game mojo still intact. and it was MY kind of game. a 2-1 pitchers duel. porcello was absolutely FILTHY. even the curveball that got launched was just a really good piece of hitting. i didnt even end up getting a god damn cheesesteak because porcello had the perfect game going into the 5th and we werent gonna f*** with that mojo. beers only. i will 100% admit when Holt was coming up to bat i turned to my son and buddies and wondered why my boy JBj wasnt pinch hitting. Holt/Cora shut me up pretty damn fast. that was a f***ing rocket. jasonbay - you should have pm'd me. would have loved to buy you a beer.

    good post CP. and since baseball is such a mental game...especially hitting a baseball...even if the players in the lineup perceive an advantage with JDM in the lineup with them...its an advantage.
