    There’s only so much a team can plan for though. I personally didn’t mind waiting to see things to shake out in this case. Christ, I thought signing Lynn was probably a good bet. Boy, I was wrong on that one. This way, we don’t have to pay a guy a full year when he sucks. This way, we can see who’s actually worth acquiring. Only thing now is to hope we can trade for more of a salary dump than a trade dependent on prospects.

    Plus his last 3 films really sucked. His most recent one could be one of thee worst movies of all time. Seriously. Just bad. Lifetime movie network bad. Maybe worse?

    Can’t say, I’ve never used it myself. But if the tv god is right, it can also help one throw a football through a swinging tire swing. Pretty sure it takes 5-7 pills to do all that though.

    I think the idea is crazy now. It’s been too long. Back when Betts was called up and the following year I’ve mentioned this idea. The sox obviously wanted him to concentrate solely on being an OFer as it was a new position for him. And given the success he’s had out there, it’s hard to argue that they should’ve done anything different. I’ve learned to let it go.
