As long as they contain our original colors I don’t see a problem. The Padres can get away with the all that because San Diego has a huge miltary poulation and San Diego translated means whale’s vagina.

This is a tough question for me to answer. Lots of candidates. I think defense is naturally the most unsung anyways. Most unsung I feel is our catching core, followed by JBJ.

I just got a grey Betts jersey in the mail today. It’s thinner than I’m used to for a jersey, but it’s nice and light and better in the heat. I’d like to pick up a few more, a red Benintendi one, or a white Bogaerts one, or a blue JD Martinez one... so I guess I don't agree about the too many different jersey thing. I’ve never gone for the St Pat’s green or crazy camo, never will. I had a blue Mo Vaugn one, back then I think it was considered a ST jersey (?)

I know, right. When the Swat team pulls up in their bat-mobile and 15 Batmans jump out you’re f***ed either way. But really, its still a tweet (which is the laziest form of free speech one can encounter & means next to nothing) from a 20 year old (which means even less).

What would that entail? All teams play other teams in their league the same number of games? For example, the Sox wouldn’t play the Yanks, Rays Jays, Balt 18-19 times a season? It would be more evenly divided amongst the league?

Not bad considering only 2 out of those 5 Starters will be in our post season rotation. Not that it matters too much anyhow. Hiccups happen. Hmm? Didn’t Sale have a hiccup as well?

Me? I’d rather watch a “boring” baseball game than an “exciting” football game any day. But a Pitch Clock would not ruin the game. And limiting the Shifts wouldn’t ruin it either. There is widespread concern throughout the league about MLB keeping up with the NBA, the NFL and other sports. The game of baseball has always been strong enough to survive minor tweaks. That’s what they’d be in my opinion. What’s so beautiful about the shift anyway? The shift hampers the action that was always there to begin with. It would be organically creating more action by getting rid of it (in most capacities).
