    I just posted this in another thread before I saw your post. On top of that, his other defensive skills are very good as well. What do you suppose will happen when Hanigan returns? Do you think they'll send Swihart back down?

    If our offense and defense were performing like projected, our mediocre pitching staff, along with the addition of Eduardo, would be good enough.

    SK, I almost always agree with your posts, but I don't agree with the idea of trading Sandoval after 3 months. After all, the Giants were able to win 3 WS with him on the team.

    Exactly. I will say again that I was not a fan of the Pablo signing, but I find it ridiculous that so many people want to trade him after less than 3 months of play. At least give him some more time to adjust to the pressures of playing in Boston. His hitting has been pretty good outside of May, in which the whole team was horrific offensively. His defense has hurt, but he is not as bad defensively as he has played the first 2 months.

    Yeah, that really stinks. Hopefully, it won't be a prolonged DL stint, and he'll be able to come back after the 15 days. Hamstrings can be tricky things. He is one of the few vets who isn't a bum! LOL
